The Ice Flan is an enemy from Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: Echoes of Time. It is the Ice-elemental Flan, and thus is capable of casting Blizzard as its main offense, as well as attack with a headbutt. It will also cast Blizzard at the player if they are standing on the enemy or if they pick the enemy up and carry them around.
It is recommended to either cast Fire to deal with them, or pick them up and use the Wall Slam technique to defeat them while avoiding their barrage of Blizzard spells. In a group of enemies, they should be the last to be dealt with.

Etymology
The word Flan refers to an open pastry or sponge cake containing a sweet or savory filling. A typical flan of this sort is round, with shortcrust pastry, usually coated with sweet syrup. It is similar to a custard tart or a South African melktert.
