Hundred Fists is Monk's special job ability at level 1. The user's attack delay is cut by 75% for 30 seconds. Though, it effects primarily hand-to-hand weapons, the technique works with any weapon type usable by Monks. This allows Monks to perform successive attacks almost non-stop for the period of this effect. This does not increase or decrease the Monk's Accuracy, but it does increase the number of attacks they can make drastically, thereby greatly boosting their damage potential. The increase in damage could draw unwanted enmity, though, since Monks are one of the highest damaging jobs.

Hundred Fists is Monk's special job ability in Final Fantasy XI. This ability is available, as with all special job ability, at level 1. When activated, the Special Ability status will remain for 45 seconds. During this time, the Monk's attack delay will drop to next to nothing. This allows Monks to perform successive attacks almost non-stop for the period of this effect. This does not increase or decrease the Monk's Accuracy, but it does increase the number of attacks he can make drastically, thereby greatly boosting his damage potential. The increase in damage could draw unwanted enmity, though, since Monks are one of the highest damaging jobs in the game.

Hundred Fists (百烈拳, Hyakuretsuken?, lit. One Hundred Fierce Fists) is a recurring ability in the Final Fantasy series usually associated with monks.

Appearances

Final Fantasy XI

Hundred Fists is Monk's special job ability at level 1. The user's attack delay is cut by 75% for 30 seconds. Though, it effects primarily hand-to-hand weapons, the technique works with any weapon type usable by Monks. This allows Monks to perform successive attacks almost non-stop for the period of this effect. This does not increase or decrease the Monk's Accuracy, but it does increase the number of attacks they can make drastically, thereby greatly boosting their damage potential. The increase in damage could draw unwanted enmity, though, since Monks are one of the highest damaging jobs.

It is also an enemy ability used by Valor and Gurfurlur.

Final Fantasy XIII-2

Hundred Fists is a Feral Link performed by most flan-type monsters. It hits enemies within range multiple times.

Final Fantasy XIV

Temporarily increases auto-attack speed. Cannot be used simultaneously with Spinning Heel.

Description

Hundred Fists is the capstone ability for Pugilists and Monks. While active, the Monks' auto-attack rate will be boosted. However, this ability cannot be combined with any other ability that affects auto-attacks, including the Monk's Spinning Heel.
