Stops all opponents
Description
Hourglass is a battle item item in Final Fantasy VII that casts Stop on all enemies with 80% accuracy. Stop halts the time counter for the afflicted, preventing their ATB gauge from filling, but also halting time based effects such as Barrier or Regen.

Use[]
Hourglass is a fairly rare item, available only as spoils from a few enemies. Stop is a good status to inflict onto enemies, but will not work on bosses. The player is likely better off using Added Effect with Time or Choco/Mog in a character's weapon.
