Quistis uses Homing Laser
(Homing Laser, ホーミングレーザー?, lit. Hōmingu Rēzā) is a recurring spell of the series.

Homing Laser is Quistis's Blue Magic spell in Final Fantasy VIII. The ability can be learned from the Laser Cannon, which is a drop from Mobile Type 8 or level 30+ Belhelmel. They can also be mugged from level 30+ Elastoids. Homing Laser causes moderate damage to a single target, with a base Attack power of 100 at Crisis Level 1, and goes up by 50, to a maximum of 250 Attack power, for each Crisis Level.
