The Hellgaroo Mage, also known as the M.Helcan, is an enemy from Final Fantasy III. It is found on the plains of the Surface World and in the Dragon Spire in southeastern Saronia. They are fond of casting Break, Fira and Blizzara.

Etymology[]

Its name is a portmanteau of "hell" and "kangaroo". In many mythological, folklore and religious traditions, hell is a place of torment and punishment in an afterlife.
