Sleep.

Headband can be bought in for 1,500 gil from Wall Market's weapon store. It is also found in a treasure pot in the gym's shower room in Wall Market.
Use[]
The accessory makes the wearer immune to Sleep, which takes the afflicted out of the battle and is thus best avoided, though the status is also healed with Smelling Salts or 
Esuna from another party member. Other ways to immunize against Sleep are Resist and 
Warding Materia. Headband can be useful in Chapter Select and hard mode against Blugu and Rude.
