Great Whirlwind (大旋風 or だいせんぷう, Daisenpū?), also known as Cyclonic, Gale, and Great Gale, is a recurring enemy ability in the Final Fantasy series. It is a Wind-elemental attack commonly used by the Zu family of enemies, as well as various dragon-type enemies.

Cyclonic is an enemy ability used by Platinum Dragon, Wyvern, Galypdes, Vasegiatta, Crystal Dragon, Kaiser Dragon, Storm Dragon, Dragon Aevis, and Chimera. It reduces the party's HP to 1/16 of their current HP with a 75% hit rate and for 20 MP. It fails on targets immune to death, and the ability can be utilized by the player through Gau.
