Aire and Torte in the Great Tree Roots.
The Great Tree Roots (世界樹の根, Sekaiju no ne?) is a dungeon in Final Fantasy: The 4 Heroes of Light located below the city of Arbor. Since the Great Tree Roots are covered in darkness, it is advised to use a torch to brighten up the area.
Story[]
After Brandt is turned into a plant, Aire travels to the Great Tree Roots. While inside the dungeon, Aire meets a mouse named Torte, who agrees to help her and they manage to find the Animal Staff.
When Brandt and his group are sent back into time, they meet Torte in his normal form inside the dungeon and agree to help him find the legendary White Magic, Lux. At the final level of the dungeon, they find the chest containing Lux and Torte opens it. After opening the chest, they accidentally release Belphegor.
