A gothic bangle is found during "Pass Through the Maintenance Facility" in the Train Graveyard in Chapter 11, "Haunted". After reaching the 2F of the maintenance facility (before heading to the top floor), the player can descend the lower right side to find the bangle.
Gothic bangle is available from shops from Chapter 13, "A Broken World", onwards. It costs 3000 gil.
Gothic bangle is sold in the Sector 7 Slums weapon shop and from vending machines thereafter for 3000 gil in "Episode INTERmission".
