Goliath is an enemy in Crisis Core -Final Fantasy VII-. It is the strongest in its family.

Unlike the other tank-type enemies, the Goliath is not aided by support machines, instead having two of each Mock Soldier. It has extremely high HP, and thus may be time-consuming to defeat. It is immune to Gravity and Instant Death. It has relatively low Spirit, so using magic is advised. It resists Zantetsuken, so it cannot be counted upon.
Strategy[]
It is recommended to defeat the Mock Soldiers before focusing on the tank. Energy with Dualcast and SP Turbo (optional) works best, since it hits multiple times due to this foe's size. Costly Punch is also reliable.
