It can be bought for 12,000 gil at South Figaro, Kohlingen, or Thamasa in the World of Ruin, stolen from Gorgimera, or from metamorphing Hell's Rider, Armored Weapon, Gamma, Spitfire, Magna Roader, and Io. Only Edgar and Mog can equip it normally.
