Gold Armlet is an armor in Final Fantasy VII. Sephiroth has it equipped during "The Tragedy of Five Years Ago" flashback, but the player cannot alter his equipment. The player can later get the armor piece for themselves, though it is not one of the top tier armors.

Gold Armlets can be stolen from the Dragon from the caves of Mt. Nibel, giving the player a slight extra boost in defenses and Materia usage and saving gil in the process. The earliest the player can get a Gold Armlet, however, is from the weapon seller house east of Gongaga, if they were to return to the Eastern Continent to visit the man in the cave for a Mythril and trade the Mythril for the big chest.

Gold Armlet is an upgrade to the Silver Armlet, providing 8 more Defense and 6 more Magic Defense. In addition, it provides one additional Materia slot, and all Materia slots are linked. It provides solid defense for only a short while, as the powerful Adaman Bangle can be stolen only a short while away from Mt. Nibel, the Diamond Bangle can be bought from Bone Village around that same time, and the player may even opt to level up materia faster by buying the Rune Armlet from Bone Village as well.
