Goblin-1-

A Goblin as seen in Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: The Crystal Bearers.

The Goblin is an enemy from Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: The Crystal Bearers.

If Layle observes from afar while the Miasma is up, goblins can sometimes be seen trying to fight a Bomb. If the Bomb charges, they will try to run away before coming back to fight.

Battle[]

Regular Goblins are mindless thugs. Their punches are weak and easy to avoid, which make them perfect for beginners to practice and learn the basics of combat with.

There are two Medals associated with goblins: The Tragedy of Y and The Tragedy of K. To achieve The Tragedy of Y, one must throw a goblin in the ground, causing their torso and head to become buried in while their legs kick the air, resembling the letter Y. The Tragedy of K is done in a similar manner, except one needs to throw the goblin against a wall of terrain. The goblin's legs will now dangle helplessly from the wall, resembling the letter K.

Etymology[]

A goblin is a small, mischievous creature found in many European folk tales and legends. The word "goblin" comes from the Norman French word Gobelinus, the name of a ghost that haunted the town of Évreux in the 12th century.
