The Gobbledygook, also called Gabbldegak, is an enemy in Final Fantasy VI. It is the weakest enemy in Zozo, but they often attack in groups.

If the Gobbledygook survives long enough, it will cast Vanish on themselves. Edgar's Bioblaster is highly effective against it, as the Gobbledygook is weak to 
Poison, and Bioblaster's damage is magical and thus will hit them even if they use Vanish. If the player confuses the Gobbledygook with the Noiseblaster, they may cast Vanish on the party members, rendering them immune to physical damage until hit by a magical attack. Several enemies in Zozo can use magic, so 
Invisible may wear off quickly, but while applied it can be quite useful against the powerful physical attacks of the Hill Gigas.
