Glanzfaust (グランツファウスト, Gurantsufausuto?) is a recurring weapon in the series.

Final Fantasy XI[edit | edit source]

Glanzfaust is a hand-to-hand weapon that provides +20 damage, +96 delay, augments Focus and Dodge, and gives access to the Ascetic's Fury Weapon Skill. Its aftermath increases Accuracy and Attack. It occasionally attacks twice. It deals +4.17 damage per second and accumulates +7 TP per hit. It can be equipped by level 75 Monk. It can be obtained from the "Mythic Weapons" quest or the Nomad Mog Bonanza 2010 (Rank 1) event.

Final Fantasy XIV[edit | edit source]

Glanzfaust are a pair of Pugilist's Arm Pugilist's Arms for Monk Monks. They are a possible reward from the quest Main Scenario Quest.The Reason Roaille. They can otherwise be bought for 600 Allagan Tomestones of Poetics in Revenant's Toll, Limsa Lominsa, Gridania, or Ul'dah. The weaker Weathered Glanzfaust were once required to upgrade to the Glanzfaust, but are no longer available.

Glanzfaust is the level 100 exclusive weapon for Prishe, providing -595 HP, +79 Bravery, +68 Attack, Assist Gauge Duration +30%, and slight Counterattack effect. It can be obtained from the shop by trading 182,800 gil, Spharai, Tarragoner, and Horror's Hope x5.
