Giant Bird Feather is an item used to make Icarus Wing, Green Beret, and Ebony Wand. It can be dropped by Axe Beak, Tabar Beak, Deadly Dodo, Diatryma, Lesser Roc, Phorusrhacos, Okyupete, Peryton, Sand Cockatrice, Ziz, Greater Cockatrice, Kreutzet, Abraxas, Cluckatrice, Amuckatrice, and Stryx. It can be stolen from Axe Beak, Tabar Beak, Deadly Dodo, Skewer Sam, Waraxe Beak, and Ziz. It can also be obtained from Chocobo digging.

Giant Feather is a piece of loot that can be dropped from Dive Talon and Vulture, stolen from Garuda, or poached from Dive Talon, Vulture, and Zu. Three are required in making Phoenix Down x12 at the bazaar while five are required in making the Kagenui weapon. It sells for 686 gil.
