Ghoul is an undead enemy in Final Fantasy II. Its physical attack may cause the Paralysis status effect in its targets, but presents very little threat, especially if the party hits it with Fire spells.

The Ghoul appears as an enemy encountered during the Final Fantasy II event "The Dreadnought", though it uses the same sprite as Ghouls encountered outside of II content rather than being based on the II enemy. A second Ghoul using a sprite more faithful to the II enemy appears during the "Showdown in the Snow" event.
