Ghost is an undead enemy in Final Fantasy II. It attacks with Mini VII, which targets the whole party, and Scourge XVI and Stun XVI that target a single character. Due to its low level, the Mini spell rarely works, but the Stun spell presents a viable danger. Like any undead enemy, it can be destroyed relatively simply using a few Fire spells.
Ghosts are some of the most powerful undead enemies, because their physical attacks drain HP and inflict a lot of damage. Even if the player's party has maxed stats, they might still struggle to win.
One also appears as the boss of the Arcane Labyrinth's Northeast Quarter if the player has learned fewer than 7 main story Key Terms.

Etymology[]
ghost is the soul or spirit of a deceased person or animal that can appear, in visible form or other manifestation, to the living. Ghosts are generally described as solitary essences that haunt particular locations, objects, or people they were associated with in life, though stories of phantom armies, ghost trains, phantom ships, and even ghost animals have also been recounted.
