First battle[]
General Bashtar flies around the battlefield at high speeds continually firing at the cadets. It periodically overheats and falls to the ground. This is a chance to inflict Breaksight on it, stunning it. It is possible to inflict Breaksight many times in a row.
It begins to rain if the battle draws for long, enhancing lightning-magic and suppressing fire-magic.
Strategy[]
A fast-moving ranged cadet with Thunder magic is good fighter against Gabriel. Whenever Gabriel is midair the player should continually dodge, and only attack when it falls to the ground. The window of opportunity is fairly short, but if hit while on the ground, the player can hit the Breaksight and stun it repeatedly. When it begins raining, Thunder magic becomes especially effective.
