It is possible to avoid the Sleep attack by pressing escape during the attack animation. Its other attack, Gastric Juice, causes HP damage equal to 50% of the target's HP. This attack is physical in nature and can be avoided with high evasion and luck .
Gayla can drop Mystery Fluids that allows Quistis to learn the Blue Magic spell Acid , and also refine into Meltdowns , an excellent spell for both casting and junctions .
Triple Triad [ ] Gayla is a Level 1 Monster Card in Triple Triad . It is part of the starter deck the player can get at the very beginning. Collecting Gayla cards is useful for refining purposes, as they become Mystery Fluid that in turn becomes Meltdown, a rare spell for drawing .
