The Relentless Assault (RAV/COM/RAV) paradigm can be used to stabilize Garuda's chain gauge before shifting to Tri-disaster (RAV/RAV/RAV) to fill it, finishing with Cerberus (COM/COM/COM) to deal as much damage as possible before its chain gauge empties.

In the English version of Final Fantasy XIII-2 "Garuda" is a possible name for tamable monsters. In the Japanese version the name is "Karla."
Etymology[]
Garuda is a large, birdlike creature that appears in both Hinduism and Buddhism. It serves as Lord Vishnu's mount and is the Hindu name for the constellation Aquila. Contemporary representations of Garuda are the brahminy kite and phoenix.
