Garazu-Horeizu is a non-player character in Final Fantasy XI. He is the main antagonist of Final Fantasy XI: The Voracious Resurgence.
History[]
Garazu-Horeizu was a general of the Federation of Windurst 350 before the events of the game, and was known as the Maelstrom Mage. He betrayed the Federation by using his powers of hypnosis to manipulate the Yagudo, starting the Fourth Yagudo War. He ended killed by Gurebu-Ogurebu and Medada. However, his death did not stop his ambition.
His spirit was able to communicate with Uran-Mafran, who started to plan his resurrection, gathering energy to resurrect him. Garazu's plan was to use the power of Chaos for his own ends.

Garazu-Horeizu is a tarutaru with white hair tied in a short ponytail. He was dressed with blue and gold robes and has blue eyes.
Personality[]
Garazu-Horeizu is power hungry and manipulative, willing to do whatever it takes to fulfill his ambitions, like betraying his own nation and starting a war.
