Template:Sideicon Template:FFXIII-2 Enemies The Gahongas is an enemy in Final Fantasy XIII-2. It appears most often aside its compatriot, the Gandayaks. Since the Gahongas can use abilities to increase the potency of the already-powerful Gandayaks, the Gahongas should be targeted and defeated first. When forced into personal melee combat, it is rather weak and vulnerable.
Paradigm Pack
The Gahongas becomes a Synergist when tamed. It has an extremely slow growth at low to mid levels, and its stats only skyrocket once it passes level 70. It skillset is rather limited for a Level 99 monster, although it does possess Bravery and Faith, its eagerness to cast defensive buffs such as Shell and Veilga first hinders the party's offensive capabilities. Etymology
The Gahongas are creatures from North American Iroquois mythology. They are the Jogah, or spirit, of rocks and rivers.
