Forced Zemus into hibernation and watched over the sleeping Lunarians since eons ago while awaiting the evolution of the people of the Blue Planet. Freed Golbez of Zemus's mind control and revealed to Golbez and Cecil the secret of their origins, aiding them to put an end to Zemus's ambitions.

- Fusoya is partnered with Strago and partner to Quina when using Force Mode:
- He and Strago are wizened men who have learned many magic spells. Both are also at least one generation removed from their next of kin.
- He and Quina share in that they have origins never fully explained.
- As Quina considers frogs a staple of their diet and a key tenet in the "Way of the Gourmand", Fusoya casts Toad to make Quina's targets palatable.
