Fumiko Orikasa (折笠 富美子一, Orikasa Fumiko, born December 27, 1974) is a Japanese seiyuu, singer, and stage actress from Tokyo, Japan. She works for Atomic Monkey and voiced Shelke Rui in Dirge of Cerberus -Final Fantasy VII- and World of Final Fantasy.
