Fred Tatasciore.
Fred Tatasciore (born June 15th, 1967) is an American voice actor. He is the voice of Loz in Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children.

Outside of the series, Tatasciore is best known for voicing the Hulk in numerous animated series and games. He is also the voice of Saren Arterius in Mass Effect and Damon Baird in the Gears of War series.
