I wrote my own proposal but then I realised it didn't really work. so minor points, name h2 "Roles", use table not ULs. Ext links for Wikip, IMDB, and Twitter are good.

Also I agree with what we said back then. This is at the bottom of our importance list. If there are better things people could be doing I'd rather they be doing them ;) JBed (talk) 17:05, December 9, 2014 (UTC)

It looks much better. I think that this is what should be so let's get it to MoS, okay? Unless there are people who'd like to add and/or change something.—Kaimi (999,999 CP/5 TP) ∙ 20:25, December 15, 2014 (UTC)

Why is "works in the series" a bad header?Keltainentoukokuu (talk) 20:26, December 15, 2014 (UTC)

I think anything "in the series" is generally bad because it's implicit. Except in the intro of the page where we use recurring in the series to clearly state it as opposed to in a single game. Still think "Roles". JBed (talk) 20:30, December 15, 2014 (UTC)

I think we should have the year of release (or dub) as a column in the table and have it be sortable. JBed (talk) 20:30, December 15, 2014 (UTC)

A "voice acting" section on a page about a voice actor is incredibly vague. It's their jawb, does the section contain their career, roles, method, styles? I just checked to see what Wikipedia said and it actually agrees with me, they use "Roles" (on the one I just checked anyway). JBed (talk) 20:40, December 15, 2014 (UTC)

Just make sure all roles are mentioned somewhere. Gackt voiced Genesis but also sung the theme song for DoC and also helped (to some extent) design Genesis's character. Yuna's singer also did motion capture for real Emotion, I think? I guess voice actors don't usually do more than voice though.Keltainentoukokuu (talk) 20:46, December 15, 2014 (UTC)

I prefer this:

Release Title Character(s)
2000 Final Fantasy X GILGAMESH
2007 Crisis Core -Final Fantasy VII- Cloud's Mother
2015 Final Fantasy XV Cidney
2016 Lightning Retired: FFXVI-3 Mr. Bean

wikipedia is doing it like this and it looks good IMO.

not just for VA pages but I think other personnel pages should be updated too. Monterossa (talk) 19:34, January 6, 2015 (UTC)

I don't see much problem with what Monte suggests, but if Techno and others does not like that format we could easily go with "Game - Release - Character(s)" format. It's more of a cosmetic change at this point IMO.—Kaimi (999,999 CP/5 TP) ∙ 21:30, January 6, 2015 (UTC)
Game - Release - Character is fine. Monterossa's suggestion works for Wikipedia articles because that coverage as about the voice actors themselves and all of their works, while ours is only about their works within the series, so the release year is less important.--Magicite-ffvi-ios Technobliterator TC 21:36, January 6, 2015 (UTC)
