Exhausted from her fight, Ivy wanted to protest to the men carrying her in, wanted to say that she needed to get back to the kitchen, needed to help prep for dinner that was going to start in half an hour, but she couldn't. She was just that tired. As the men laid her on the couch in the back room, Ivy pleaded with them. "Please, I need to get back to the kitchen, we're going to be opening for dinner soon!" "I'm afraid I cannot let ye do that." Replied one of the soldiers, trying to put on a reassuring smile. "Ye definitely need some rest after a hard-fought battle like that. And the rest of the girls in the kitchen reassured me that they can make do without ye for tonight." Ivy breathed a sigh of relief as she laid back her head on the soft pillow. "Alright." Was her reply. "And thank you both, for coming to my aid." "Aw, twas the least we could do after all the hospitality you've shown us. We'll defend ye anytime ye need us to." He took a deep breath and scratched his chin, taking a more serious tone now. "To tell the truth, I'm surprised ye took down the beast down on your own. As an unprofessional warrior, I didn't think ye stood a chance against an Eon." At the mention of it, Ivy looked at the crystal clutched in her hand. It was thankfully cool to the touch now, but it did not glow as brightly as it did before, seeming to have settled down. She was glad it was so. Shaking her head, she glanced at the soldier. "I know I am lucky to have survived. I lack strength, but I thought I made up for it with heart and spirit."
"Monsters..." Said Leon to Francis, after knocking Seto out, walking away from the fight. "Soon even soldiers will run out of jobs. I missed the times when we fight by the sweat of our brows and the force of our arms..."
On the roads of Balfonheim, Leon asked Francis: "Tell me what happened with the SS."
Leon and Francis, weary and bruised after fighting an entire bar, led the Coralheart Raiders with curses and kicks to an inn. After slapping Avec back to soberness, Francis asked him Cynthia's location. Avec, now halfway sober, said she was with Traeh.
In an empty field, Taarin is fighting both Shiva and Phoenix. Wherever he goes, hail of ice and flame blocked his path. When he realized his sword does merely anything to the Eons, he had a plan.
Please dont tell me we dont continue ellipsis anymore. And please stop treating TC Leon like ES Leon. I mean, the dude's a freaking psychopath mass murderer, there's no way he can be a weakling (dont make him a Mary Sue either...).
Avec, talking to Rex and another raider, who was the civilian that Avec was beating up before, just he had pulled the ripped and mangled disguise off, and was now wearing armour. “Good work taking those punches Max. Looks like it’s all going to plan.” “And good job acting like a drunken tramp, Avec. You seem to have a real talent at that (!).” Rex replied The group then noticed Taarin and Seto. “Where is she!?” the Drakenaer shouted, sword drawn, before charging at Avec. Avec dodged Taarin’s attack, punching him in the stomach while he was open. Avec then knocked him to the ground with a powerful kick. As Avec drew his sword, the small bird perching on the handle flew off and landed on Avec’s shoulder. Taarin got up, panting heavily, and pulled an orange aura crystal from his pocket. As he looked up, he noticed that Avec was also holding a purple aura crystal in his hand. “Go on, I dare ya!” Avec said, edging him to use the crystal. “Bah, you don’t need them; you can win by yourself, young one.” Seto said to Taarin, who agreed. The two swordsmen then locked blades again, Avec kicking Taarin back once again. “Heh. Sorry we can’t continue this, but I’m a very busy man.” Avec began, giving his bird a note and sending it into the air “So looks like my... minions here will have to sort things out in my steed.” Avec then turned and left, Rex and Brad, drawing their rapier and rod respectively, then walked to face Taarin. As he charged towards the two, two bolts of lightning hit him. Before he could do anything else, Brad hit the Drakenaer over the head with his rod, knocking him unconscious. Seto then stepped forward to challenge the two, his large, double sided spear at the ready. As Brad shot a lightning bolt at him, the dragoon jumped, before landing on Brad a few seconds later, knocking him unconscious and slightly crippling him. Rex the readied himself, and his and Seto’s weapon hit each other many times before Seto took the advantage by hitting the red mage over the face with a blunt bit of his spear, also knocking him unconscious. Sometime later, Cynthia and Traeh were stroking Valefor as a messenger bird swooped in and landed on Traeh’s shoulder, dropping a note into her hand. “We have been compromised. Use the chaos to get the undesirable into the main base immediately. If our pursuers see you or the undesirable, do everything in your power to stop them from taking it (just don’t die on me, kay?). As a last resort, follow plan C and get yourself and it out of the city. Good luck. Ztrauq Ceva” Traeh immediately faced Cynthia and told her to dismiss the summon. “Why?” she asked, dismissing the summon. Traeh quickly writ something down on a piece of paper and gave it to the messenger bird, which flew into the air back towards the direction it came. “Cause we’re getting out of here, now. Put that disguise back on again and we’ll head towards the dock.” Cynthia did what she was asked, and put a white mages robe over her clothes, the hood covering her face. “Good, now let’s-” Traeh began, but she quickly drew her staff when she noticed someone approaching them...
Outside of Balfonheim, Maximilian continued to fight with Fenrir. The Eon was both fast and strong. It had landed a few good hits on Max and the canidine man was actually bleeding from his side. Max had failed to hit Fenrir even once. Max was exhausted. He gripped his side, in part to stop the bleeding, in part because of a throbbing that eminated from there. But something had happened that gave him an idea. Whenever Max sidestepped a lunge, the wolf would "teleport" in anticipation of a slash, even when none came. To ensure that he brought the Eon down in the first hit, Max had move the fight closer to his katana, which had half of its blade buried in the earth. Max grabbed the blade and when the wolf tried to lunge, so did Max. He hit the Eon before he had a chance to teleport. As Fenrir's remains blew away in the wind Max felt himself grow stronger. He removed his hand from his side to see that the wound had healed. Perfect timing too because something was happenned in Balfonheim. "I guess it's time to join the fun." He made good time reaching the city; he wasn't even out of breath. He scanned the area to find something to do. He spotted a pair of familiar figures. How he had spotted them, especially through buildings and disguises, Max didn't quite know. Both seemed to be women while the rest of the Raiders were fighting soldiers elswhere. The two women were wearing white mage robes and talking. At Max's approach, one of them drew a staff and turned to him. "Who are you?" He simply said, "I'm Max. I'm here to join the Raiders."

"I see, well our leader is busy right now. If you like, you can wait for him to return" Traeh told Max then she set back down with Cynthia. Cynthia was surprise to see Max here. She remained quiet, hoping he doesn't recognize her. When he looked at her, she turned her face away so he would not be able to see her face. "So, when's your leader going to be back?" Max asked. "Don't know, hoping soon." Traeh answered. "Oh well, anyway." Max site down with them. "So who are you?" "I'm Traeh." She answered. "And you." Max turn to Cynthia, however she panic and trying to think of what to do. "I..it's Rosa." She give him a false name and hoping he'll fall for it. "Okay then." He seemed to be fooled, so Cynthia was able to relax.

Max had gone off to collectfood. Traeh was perfectly capable of finding vittles, but there was no way she would leave the captive with a man who joined them out of the blue. Why hadn't Avec and the rest come yet? As a last resort, follow plan C and get yourself and it out of the city. Traeh could not trust this man enough to bring him to the main hideout. Plan C was to bolt to Kaipo, a dusty oasis town where the Raiders knew they would not be followed. But that remains to be seen. What matters now needs to be dealt with now. Traeh tried to be patient; she wasn't much for babysitting this girl who couldn't seem to take care of herself. "Cynthia." The Drakenaer girl shifted slightly, hair and face still boscured by the White Mage robe. "What do you know about this Max guy? Why did you hide from him?" "He's a bounty hunter. He's hunted for me before, but I had people to protect me. Now, I only have.." "You only have me, huh? Well, thanks for the compliment. I'll forgive you if you agree to do something that will make our lives easier. Actually, you'll do it either way." "W-What is it?" Cynthia asked. She clutched her Aura Crystal tightly. "Stop fidgeting or I'll drug you and drag you along. Pull the hood of your robe back, quickly, while that guy's still in the woods." Cynthia complied, revealing her dirty blonde hair and almost neon green eyes. "Warp!" Traeh pointed her ring finger at Cynthia, and a blurry purple wisp congealed in front of it. It seperated into three distinct clumps before shooting right into Cynthia's face. She shrieked and rubbed her pupils with alarm, but Traeh grabbed her hands. "Stop yelling or we'll attract attention. Here, look." The purple haze had dissolved, and Traeh held up a shard of glass for Cynthia to look in. Her eyes were no longer green; they were deep violet, and her hair had also changed to match. "Stick with the Rosa name, or your cover is blown, kay?" Cynthia nodded. "Thanks." They were interrupted by a rustling in the forest. Expecting it to be Max, both girls failed to prepare for any danger, and were suprised to see that the intruder was a levitating woman who was encircled with green and yellow confetti-like particles. "Clever disguise. Quite a pity I was watching the entire time." "Who are you, lady?" Traeh pointed her staff at the green woman, who let out a trilling, annoying laugh. "I'm the Lady of the Gales. You may call me Aurora, children. Let's get down to business, hmm?" She reclined on a soft cushion of clouds and snapped her fingers; a harsh wind whipped up, seeming to center on Cynthia, who again found herself clutching her Aura Crystal. But it was of no use; the Crystal was blown out of her hand, the back of her pendant unclasped and flew away towards Aurora, and as a final insult, her ocarina was also swept up in the wind. "Precious, precious. Oh dear, the girl wants to spar!'" Aurora dodged, as Traeh had taken a swipe at her with the protuding claw of her staff and was rebuffed by a pillar of clouds. "One crystal, two crystal. What is this useless thing?" Aurora held up the ocarina. "I wasn't supposed to retrieve this. Ah, well, you may have a remnant of dignity." The ocarina shot back towards Cynthia, who caught it desperately. She cast Fire, but the green woman enveloped the blaze in clouds. "I've no time for playing with kiddies. Meet me in Kaipo if you'd like your trinkets back. If they aren't put to use by then, I may say." Aurora was gone in a twister of green. Traeh swore. "Damn woman." She jumped when Maximillian ran out of the woods with a knife, then calmed down when he stowed it away and put down the three voles he was carrying in the other hand. "What woman? Prostitutes out this far from Balfonheim? I heard a sultry voice." Max began to skin the voles. Traeh shot him a dirty look; not because of the bloody work, but because of his first comment. Cynthia was shocked over the loss of her crystals. A tear ran down her cheek. "What's the matter now, Cynthia?" Max asked. She turned in fear, and Traeh's mouth gaped. "My-my name is Rosa," Cynthia stuttered, but Max dismissed her words with a wave. "Purple eyes and hair veil the voice and demeanor. You've forgetten that I've tailed people for years and learned to recognize little quirks about then. One of you help me prepare this damn vole, it's bleeding all over me." He wiped the red stuff on the grass. Traeh warily bent down to assist Max. Cynthia stared "What? Still afraid? I don't have any interest in taking you away at this moment. Might be a change of heart, might be current circumstances. I know that yur entourage is coming soon. And hey, the purple's a nice touch. I applaud your effort, Eulb." Traeh was getting visibly irritated, a vein pulsed the left side of her temple. She ripped off some of the vole's nails and threw them towards Max, who let them hit him, and grinned. Cynthia sat on the grass, feelings the emptiness around her neck and the void in her heart. The pendant was from her mother, and now it was gone. She fought to hold back tears. I don't know where these people were taking her, but if I could get to Kaipo... She finally broke down, and tears fell on the damp, unconsoling ground. Seto and Taarin dragged the two Raiders over to a sidestreet. Avec was long gone by now, probably looking for Cynthia. The two Drakenaer needed to rest, so they wandered into a small inn, whose wide windows offered them the ability to watch their captives. A couple of waitresses exclaimed at their wounds, but Seto refused help. Taarin began to nervously rub his two Aura crystals together, red and blue glistening even in the cozy lightning of the eatery. By the kitchen, Ivy was back on shift after only a day, handling trhee platters of scallop pasta. As she passed the pair, she noticed the young man with the two gems. She served the plates to a group of good-natured elderly men, tentatively took out her crystal and looked at it. It seemed akin to the Drakenaer boy's crystals... They locked eyes, and all three crystals shone brightly, almost with recognition. Seto murmured and addressed the waitress...

Taarin held his Crystals together, thinking about the fight he has had earlier with Phoenix and Shiva. Flashback... Back to the fight, Taarin witnessed the whole chaos between the two Eons. But when the two summons realized they were fighting each other, they turn toward their true target, who was now dodging their every move. After a few moments, Taarin realized that when the Eons fought each other, he discovered that fire and ice are the opposing elements. Knowing what he had to do, Taarin unleashed an ice-elemental attack, Icebrand on Phoenix, and the bird easily went down. Then he turned on Shiva and unleashed a fiery attack, Flametongue. Flames soon engulf the women and she fell. After winning the fight, he immediately went to the Eons. Shiva, who was lying down, puts her hand on Taarin's should. "You did well," she said. Taarin shrugged. "Well, I can't say it was a piece of cake. The truth is, I don't feel too happy that I won." Shiva smiled. "But you had to. This was your test." "My test?" Taarin echoed before figuring it out. "To see if I was worthy enough to be your summoner!?" Shiva weakly nodded. Beside her, Phoenix happily pinned. Then both spirits faded back into the Crystals. Taarin stood up, teary-eyed but smiling, knowing that the Eons are in goods hands. Then he noticed Caim and Seto lying on the ground and immediately rushed to their side. "Wha-what happened!?!" Taarin frantically asked. "Taarin?" Seto weakly. "Leon," Taarin figured. "He knocked you out, didn't he?" "It seems I have underestimated him," Seto thought aloud. "Taarin..." Flashback ends. "Taarin!" Seto shouted, snapping Taarin back to reality. "I'm sorry," Taarin said. "I was just thinking. About earlier." "About the Eons?" Seto asked. Taarin silently nodded. In front of the two Drakenaer stood a dark-haired waitress, dressed in what looked like gypsy-clothes (or whatever). In her hand glows the similar Crystal, which glowed along with Taarin's two Crystals. "Uh, miss?" Taarin asked the girl. "Something wrong?" "No," the girl nervously answered. "It's those Crystals you have." Taarin's eyes opened wide. "Oh Cloud! You also have an Eon!?" The girl gave Taarin a quick study. "So, you do know?" Taarin nervously nodded. "I'd never thought I'd see a cute girl carrying something around like that." The girl chucked. "And I'd never thought I'd see a Drakenaer who flirts." Taarin laughed and introduced himsef and Seto who looked a little uncomfortable in the conversation. "I'm Ivy Ixia," the girl introduced, "and I'll be your waitress for tonight." "That's great!" Taarin said excitedly, then turned to Seto. "What do you think?" Leon, your version of how Taarin won the fight sucked, and anyway, the summoner himself has to defeat the two Eons, not have the Eons turn against each other. And yes, I am well aware that your character is a murderer.

Bubbling over with excitement, Ivy quickly rushed to the back room. There was someone else who had a a crystal, like hers! And not only one crystal, but two! She could hardly believe it! "Ronan!" she shouted, a smile plastered on her pretty face, "Another crystal! Two of them!" One of the soldiers, the one who had originally told her all he know about the crystals, picked up his head, looking a bit confused. "What?" "There's this boy in the dining room, a Drakenaer, he has two crystals, just like mine!" Ivy said, forgetting to take a breath in her excitement. Ronin nearly jumped off of his bunk. "Crystals? Jumpin' Jenova, really?" "Yes!" she exclaimed, bouncing on the heels of her feet. "And I'm waiting on them tonight!" "Well, this is certianly good news! Maybe ye can finally start gettin' some of those answers ye has been yearnng for!" Ivy winked. "That's the plan!" She gave Ronin a quick hug. "Quick, I have to get back there and take thier orders. I'll be back later and tell you everything, I promise!" With a cheery wave, she was out back into the dining room, at Taarin's and Seto's table. "Have you boys decided what you'd like for dinner?" Taarin nodded. "Yep! I'll take the Pasta primavera, please!" Seto set down his menu and glanced over to Taarin. "I'll have the same." "Alright then! I'll put these right in for you." Ivy gave a cute courtsey before heading to the kitchen to deliver the order. However, once there, she had an idea. Filling three mugs of the pub's best ale ice cold, returned to the boys' table. "Excuse me," she said, feeling bad about breaking up the light conversation the two were having. "I was wondering if you two would like some ale? It's our pub's finest, and it's on the house." Seto eyed up Ivy, smelling something fishy. "What's the catch?" He inquired. Ivy sighed. So she really was that predictable. Refocusing, she set down the drinks, gave the two men a saddenned, pleading look as she pulled her mahogany crystal from her pocket. "I was wondering...if you guys could tell me what you know about the crystals." "Please?"

Ivy sat with Taarin and Seto through most of the meal, while Seto does most of the explaining about the Crystals and the Eons inside them. Taarin then explained his search his friend Jendor Blackheart, who is most likely searching for Seraph even as they speak. The two Drakenaer also explained the events up until this point. "And this girl Cynthia," Ivy was wondering. "She is of Seer-blood, right? Is that why many people are after her?" "Unfortunately, yes," Taarin answered. "We're on our way to rescue her."

"Oh, you are? Right now?" Ivy asked, tilting her head to one side. She was mildly disappointed; she had enjoyed the time she spent talking with the two, and wished they could continue further. "Well then, I wish you luck on your search. I wish I could help in some capacity, but my fighting skills are mediocre at best. My only power lies in my ability, and now, this Aura Crystal, but I do not wish to part with something that can help protect me." She was hoping that Taarin and Seto would take the hint and allow her to go with them. She desperately wanted to see the world outside of Balfonheim and the war which she was so engrossed in firsthand. She also thought it would be a good idea to try and help people all over the world, instead of just the ones here. Plus, there was that nagging thought in the back of her head about what the old general had told her about the crystal and her destiny. How she hoped that part wasn't true.

Samael was getting bored of life in Kyre. He had been in the small town for weeks with no word from either side. As he walked into the bar on this day however, he was greeted with a pleasant surprise. Four Archadian soldiers stood at the bar, inquiring in a far too dignified way about the location of a certain someone. The bartender casually pointed at Samael as he continued walking. "Are you Samael Helvetica, the mercenary?" The leader of the group asked him. "That would be me." Replied Samael calmly while removing his hat and sitting. "Did I get the job?" He chuckled as the soldier sat down as well. "And then some. It would seem the Seance complied with all of your foolish demands." The Archadian pulled out a scroll and slid it across the table. "Then Its best you hold your tounge. I'm ranked above you now." Samael's smile shone with a malicious glee as he examined the scroll. "Well, I'll set out for the capital tommorow. I have a few loose ends to tie up here, if you know what I mean." The soldier stood and signaled to his men that their job was done. They seemed glad to be able to leave the decrepit bar. When Samael was sure they were out of earshot. he turned to the bar tender. "Give me some parchment and a Zanarkand eagle. I need to inform them I am no longer available to their services." After Taarin woke up, he immediately rushed out of the inn to hunt for some meat. Seto got out soon after to see his companion searching through the outskirts. "There's no need to rush, Taarin," Seto said. "I'm just looking for some breakfast," Taarin replied. "I hunt for a living." "Then I guess you wouldn't mind continuing our hunt for the Raiders," Seto said. "To save Cynthia, I know," Taarin said. "Good morning!" the female voice behind them made both Drakenaer jump, and turn to see it was Ivy dressed in traveling clothes. "Ugh!" Taarin groaned. "You scared us!" Ivy giggled. "Sorry. Sometimes I'm like that." Taarin shook his head in amusement. "No kidding." It didn't take long for Ivy to say good-bye to friends at the inn and for the two Drakenaer to warn her of the dangers outside. After this, the threesome set out to continue their rescue. Seto, Taarin and Ivy has found the Raiders. But no Cynthia. The two Drakenaer point their weapons at Avec, who seems a little amused. "Well, well, well," Avec said. "If it isn't the wingly brothers." "Shut up!" Taarin shouted. "Where's Cynthia!?" "She's not with us!" Traeh said as she comes running to them. "What? What happened?" Aved demanded. "She was taken," Traeh explained, "by some creepy hooded man." Taarin let out a heavy sigh. "Damn. One kidnapper after another. Don't you people ever learn?!" Avec then noticed Ivy. "Oh. Who is this lady?" "Why should I tell you?" Ivy retorted, then turns to Seto. "Don't worry. I've been around people like that before." "Oh really?" Avec looked at her questionably. Then he turns to Traeh. "A hooded man?" "He has some fang-like sword," Traeh explained. "I think he's some sort of bad Drakenaer." What Traeh has told Avec has caught the attention of Taarin and Seto. "Drakenaer?" Seto said. "Why?" He walks up to Traeh. "It's not one of my Dragoons, is it?" "I'm not sure if he is or not," Traeh replied. "Please," Taarin demanded. "Where did this man take Cynthia?" "I dont know where they're headed," Traeh said, hanging her head low. Then a familar pair of Skyhound and Canidine show up on scene. "Caim! Yala!" Taarin shouted. "Where were you two?" "Tracking," Caim answered. Behind him, Yala sat on the ground, groaning. Both were out of breath from running. "What did you find?" Seto asked.
"They headed north, to the dessert." Neither Yala nor Caim had spoken and everyone turned to see Max seated on a wooden crate. "Geez, you scared the crap out of me," Traeh said. "Where'd you come from, anyway?" "Apes, if you believe liberals." He pushed himself off of the crate and approached Avec. "Are you Avec Quartz of the Coralheart Raiders?" "Yes." "My name is Maximilian Renard. You were hired by a Francis Castiglione who now stands accused of high treason within Archadia. Because of this, Archadian Secret Service has assigned me to keep an eye on the actions of the Coralheart Raiders. Think of me as Internal Affairs." Max glanced out of the corner of his eye. "I'd put those away if I were you." Taarin and Seto now had their weapons pointed at Max. Ivy had also drawn here knife; something about the way Taarin seemed to direct his attention at Max made the Canidine seem more dangerous. Caim had lunged at Max but with a wave of his hand, a gust of wind hurled Caim back into place. "Nice move," commented Avec. "Thanks. Picked it up from a friend of mine." As he said this, Max indicated to the jewel around his neck, much to the shock of all those present. "Great. More monsters." It seemed that Francis had trailed behind. "You got a problem, you can kiss my ass." Max glanced down at his shoulder and saw the tip of the old man's corrupt sword set inches from his neck. "Let me guess: You're Francis?" "That's right. So what do we do about this?" Francis must have heard about Max's employer. "Nothin'. You ain't in the job description. I turn you in prematurely, they got cause not to pay me. And we can't have that now can we." "Fair enough. But what about us?" This was Avec's turn to enquire. "I'm just supposed to keep an eye on you. Use my sword arm as you will but all I have to do is submit a report of my findings to the SS." Max chuckle at the sudden realization of an odd joke. "God, I'm crude," he muttered to himself.

Taarin took some steps toward Max. "That's funny. You didn't seem to care about anything the last time we met. What in Kefka's name just happened?" "I don't think you're making any sense, boy," Max retorted. "Maybe not," Taarin said. "Then again, I think you said that just so you can challenge me to a rematch. And I am NOT a knight, I'm a HUNTER! Maybe I was gonna be a knight but that was a long time ago!" "If you're not, then why are you out here?" Max asked. "Just looking for a friend, that's all," Taarin replied. "The girl?" "It's a guy, okay, and his is Jendor Blackheart!" "Jendor?" "Uh, yeah!" Avec stepped in. "It seems we have have the same objective, boys," he said. "You," Taarin said to Avec. "You just wanna use her." "Maybe I did, young Drakenaer," Avec replied. "But now I not really so sure, especially since I've just now decided to rescue her from the hooded man. Let me ask you. Would you willing to do the same?" Taarin took a moment to think. "Yes, I would." "Well, there's no need for us to fight, is there?" Avec said as he armed himself. "Just a simple rescue mission?" Seto asked questionably. "I guess you could put it that way, Dragoon," Avec said. "I must admit I'd find it odd to be working side by side with a soldier from Zanarkand." "I'd never thought I'd be working side by side with someone from Archadia either," Seto replied, shifting his eyes toward Francis, who just stood there. Taarin turned to Ivy. "You coming?" "I got Titan, don't I?" Ivy replied. "Okay," Taarin breathes. "No more questions." He turned toward Max. "Look, Max. I don't care what you're objective is, but I don't see why I can trust you." With that, Taarin walks away while Max sighs. Just thought I'd add some tension. That's all.
Felix walked lesisurely through the wilderness, with him an taller azure-haired man sour look on his face. "Please FeFe, staves are for wimpy chumps!" The man shouted at Felix. "Yeah, mage staves are, I speak of course of regular useful rods, like BoStar here." Felix responded. "If I need to hold up a collapsing building I'll give you a call." The man said derisively. "Yeah, try and do that with a pole arm like Lance, just shows you a staff can be used for more than just the best Weapon." Felix smiled as he tugged on his goggles. "Where's Brodi? He'd agree in that you're dumb." "Of course he would, Rex! He's an idiot like you are so it doesn't count!" Felix made a serious of hand gestures as the conversation devolved into near unintelligible childish bantering between the two for a few moments. "Anyway...Hey, wasn't there a really big chocobo with us?" Rex asked as he peered he head to the side. "Yeah, I named him Cholossus-" "Cholossus?" Rex mockingly interejected in the midst of Felix speaking. "...He tends to run off whenever, not before he gobbles up most of the food I have." "What a waste. If he weren't a jerk we could already be at our destination." "Speaking of which." Felix stopped and placed his hand out in front of Rex arresting his movement as well. "Where exactly are we going?" "Some place, I sense a disturbance in the air. It told me so, or it probably would if I could understand what it would be saying." "Okay, so I'm now wandering around without a clue again? Least losing my map was a decent excuse. Ah, well heroes don't need to know where there going they'll end up where they need to be eventually." Felix smiled pointing his raised index finger up. "I think we might end up beating up a crazy nigh-mystical deity. And if we happen to find Brodi along the way then any enemies are going to hurt even more with all three of us around. I do know this is the right direction I can feel it." "We are pretty good and have awesome power power with all of us together." The two resumed moving to there unknown location.

Cynthia and Kaiser have been traveling the dessert for while. The intense heat of the dessert was beginning to weakening Cynthia, but she can't show no weakness she have to be strong to face Aurora and get her mother's pendant back. Then a earthquake started. "Well this is rare." Kaiser said, as he was getting ready to fight. "What is, this earthquake?" Cynthia asked. "Correct, get ready I have feeling this is a Sand Worm." The creature emerge from it hole, but it wasn't a Sand Worm it was a giant snake. The snake long around and spotted and attacked Cynthia. "I've been looking for you Cynthia." Said the snake. "You can talk, and you know my name? Who are you?" She asked him with confused look. "I am a Eon named Midgardsormr, Valefor ask me to find you." The Eon replied. "Valefor scent you, then you know what happen." "Yes I know, but before I'll help you must prove to me. Your worthy to be my summoner!" He then attack her again. "Kaiser, please let me fight Midgardsormr alone okay." Cynthia asked him while she doge the Eon's attack. "Don't worry, I have no planes to get involve with this fight. Just don't die." Cynthia then use a fire spell, but it done nothing and Eon attack her again. She avoided the attack, and the snake went back in the sands then attack her when she wasn't looking. "Is that all you got? If this is how strong you are. then you'll never defeat the woman who stole your Aura stone." Said the Eon. "I...I wont lose. And I'll well defeat her!" She said as she was strike him with her blade. "I respect the look in your eyes. It shown you wont lose, you wont give up. But show me if you have strength to prove it!" Then he use Quake and pillars of earth strike and trapped her. "I wont give up. If I can't defeat Midgardsormr, then I'll have no hope defeated her." Cynthia was getting ready to use a fire spell, but when she cast it, it was more powerful then the last one. And it actually damage him this time. "Good, so you do have the strength, so show me what else you have." Midgardsormr attack her again, but Cynthia use her protect spell to reduce damage. Then she went into Limit mode and finish him off with Dragon Drive. "Congrats, I guess you are strong enough to be may summoner." Said the Eon, before he vanish. Then he leave behind a copper color Aura Stone. "I... I did it. I defeated a Eon." Then Cynthia collapse. "Well I'm surprise, and here I thought you'll lose to that overgrown belt. Maybe you'll stronger then I thought." Kaiser said then he pick her up and the Aura Stone. But then he heard a loud yell. "CYNTHIA!" If anybody wondering who was yelling her name its Taarin.
Cynthia turned around in surprise to see Taarin calling to her in the distance, and quickly got on her feet to run over to him. However, Kaiser barred her path with his colossal sword. "Where do you think do you think your going?!" Kaiser asked. "To talk to my friend!" Cynthia shouted in responce. ""Friend". Hah, don't make me laugh. You have no friends, everyone just wants to control or use you. Oh look, he's even brang some filthy mercenaries, to capture you no doubt." Kaiser replied as the rest of the party with Taarin caught up to him, now being noticeable to the two Drakenaer.
"Well, looks like we've found your main love intrest. All thats left is find that other chick and we can call it a chapter." Avec said to Taarin. "Well what are we waiting for then?" Taarin replied. "Hold it. I don't think we can trust that other Drakenaer, and I know a dangerious Drakenaer when I see one." Seto commented. "So? If he was bad, why would Cynthia go with him?" Taarin replied "When I first captured the said object, she came along quietly. And I assume that when the raiders captured her she didn't put up a fight-" Max began. "Not much of one, no." Avec corrected "Right. So, analysing the patten, and not forgeting who the hell we're talking about here, it's safe to say that the guy is likely to be as dangerous and untrustworthy as yours truely." "So we're pretty much screwed then, if we plan to get her back without a fight that is?" Taarin asked. "Pretty much." Max replied. "That son of a bitch!" Avec shouted under his breath, noticing Kaiser's weapon. He drew his saber, and started approaching Kaiser. "Hey, what's up?" Taarin asked, running up to Avec. "On the way to Balfonheim, I, plus Cynthia, saw an entire army of slaughtered soldiers, all killed with that guy's very same weapon, some type of fanged claymore." "So you was the person who did that, how could you?!!" Cynthia shouted, overhearing the other's discussion. "Now is hardly the time to comment on what I do in my free time. Now Cynthia, summon something to kill these assasins so that we can get your stupid memento back." "What? NO! Their my friends, I'm not going to kill them." "Do it, NOW! Or else I'll abandon you all over again." Cynthia was completely silent. She looked at Avec, looking about ready to kill Kaiser. She then looked at her uncle, looking ready to kill her "so called" friends, nomatter what the cost. In the end, she thought, blood is thicker than water...
"Don't worry. I've got this." Max calmly stepped forward directing the palm of his hand between Kaiser and Cynthia. A burst of air hurled the two apart, effectively halting the summoning. As Kaiser stood, a violent sandstorm formed around him. He stepped forward and reached out, but pulled his hand back suddenly when he hit the wall; the tips of his fingers were bleeding. "Be a good little boy and stay in your corner," Max taunted, "or else I launch you into the wall myself." "Don't kill him," Cynthia cried. "And why the hell not?" "He's my uncle." "Oh. Then perhaps..." and with a motion of his hand, Max generated a vacuum with in the dust storm. With nothing to breathe, Kaiser quickly passed out. "What did you do?!" Cynthia ran at him as though she was going to attack him. "He's just out cold. Give him a chance to rest; it'll give us a chance to get away." Max pushed her towards the group. "Go to your 'knight;' he'll protect ya." Annoyed, Taarin began, "I told you..." "Yeah, yeah, I heard what you told me. I find that actions are a better way to tell what a person thinks they are." Max turned attention elsewhere. "Probably best to get a move on, before the big guy wakes up." The group was already moving, though. As Avec passed him he joked, "That saves time." "That it does." As Max followed, he cast up a sand storm to wipe away their footprints.

Amazed at what she had just seen, Ivy was only reassured that coming along had indeed been a good idea. While walking along, Ivy approached Taarin and whispered in his ear, pointing at Cynthia. "Is that the girl you two were trying to find?" Taarin nodded. "Yep. Her name is Cynthia. She's from Mysidia." "Ooh, Mysidia!" Squealed Ivy. "That's in Zanarkand, isn't it? It had been days since Seraph set off from town, and now, he was completely lost. He had hired a chocobo that he never inteneded to return, but he had bought no map, and he was paying for it now. Some how, the chocobo had made a few qrong turns and now Seraph and the stupid bird were in the desert. Both of them were hungry, and neither knew where they were. Who cared about being lost though? Seraph knew he was asoldier, he had instinct, and that was all hen needed. Let the gods send their minions for all he cared, he had endured worse. The first thing to do, was find food. Then civilisation, then, Archadia. As the bird trotted on through out the night, Seraph kept his eyes open for any camps or people around. Just as he thought all hope was lost, he managed to spot a small camp not to far away. When he reached it, he was greeted by a young drankaer boy, holding a chakram. they exchainged pleasantries. "Hello, I'm Taarin, and you?" "erm, you can call me Jon, Jon Doe. Can I stay in your camp for the time being, it's verry dangerous to be out here by your own." Well, you look harmless enough, so OK."" responded Taarin "Also, just out of curiosity, have you saw a young draknear with tan skin, red and orange scale and wings of matching colors, messy black hair and amber eyes." "Looks like someone else is looking for my friend, too." "I'm Jon," the man with a scythe introduced. He then noticed her green eyes. "Hmm. Rare. A Drakenaer with some...Seer blood." Cynthia gasped. "Don't worry, lady," Jon assured. "I'm not after you. I'm just here to rest." Just then, Ivy and Avec also sneaked out. "A newcomer, eh?" Avec asked. Taarin nodded "Yeah." "Well, let me go set him up for the night," Ivy volunteered as she showed Jon to a bed. Avec sighed. "Now here's someone who's willing to put her life into work. But why is she here?" "An Aura Crystal," Taarin answered. "She has an Eon called Titan. I have come across these Crystals as well." He shows Avec both Shiva and Phoenix stones. "Hmph. Ronin looked outside the window of Ivy's pub and sighed. With most of Balfonhiem lying in ruins, many people were out of a place to stay, thier homes demolished. It also seemed that word had spread that this particular pub's owner was known for taking in people in their time of need. As a result, there stretched a long line of people outside of the pub/inn, holding in thier arms what little of thier former lives remained, hoping that they would be able to stay in one of the few remaining beds in Balfonheim. "Auch, I promised Ivy I'd help look after this place after all she's done for me, but I tell ye," Ronin said, turning to his one-legged companion, "I didn't expect nothin' like this."
As Jon went with Ivy, and everyone else went back to their tents, Avec stopped to talk to Taarin. "So, who’s this "Jendor" I overheard you mention?" "He's a childhood friend of mine who went missing a few months ago. I'm traveling in the hope that I'll find him someday." "Doesn't that seem like a bit of a hefty burden for someone in their early twenties, tracking down someone who’s vanished off the face of the earth?" "Says the guy who runs an organisation of underground Raiding Cavalry." "Touché." "Although if, say, a teenager had to do something like that, they would probably end up seriously messed up and rename themselves with some anagramic nickname such as "Demise" or something clichéd like that." Taarin joked, at which Avec laughed. "Well, night then." Taarin said as he walked back to his tent. As Avec sighed, still chuckling under his breath slightly, he raised his hand slightly, and a piece of parchment fell into it, followed by a small bird flying down and perching on his head. As he began to walk back to his tent, he read the letter... Because I feel my creation deserves to be made fun of... Also, who the hell is this Jon guy?

Once they went to sleep she got up quietly so she wont wake up Ivy and Traeh and left their tent. She didn't want everyone else to get involve with her fight with Aurora, because she'll never forgive herself if any of them got hurt. While she was beginning to leave, someone spotted her before she left camp. "Where you heading off to?" "T..Taarin, your still up?" Cynthia asked, as she was shock to see him awake. Bahamut seem to hear Valefor but he still couldn't stop. And then sword come out his mouth and he use his Giga-Flaresword to attack them both. Valefor soon disappear. And Cynthia weak, alone and still refuse to let Taarin to help her. Then she tried one more time to stop Bahamut. She tried to hold her tears back but she couldn't and they started to run down her face. "Please you have to stop. PLEASE!!!" Bahamut began to regain control and stated to see her and a illusion of Melony and mysterious woman. "Cy..Cynthia, M..Melony, T..Terra." He then turn and attack Aurora with Terra-Flare. "You stupid lizard, what hell you doing!" Aurora shouted before Bahamut attack. After his attack he vanish and Aurora still alive use her wind to leave and left behind Cynthia's pendant. "Let the kids play with stones," Said Francis to Leon, as they watch Cynthia's fight. "while men like us fights with wits and steel."
At this very hour, in the town of Kaipo, an army of knights descended from the sandy horizon and breached the village. The peaceful town was not spared of the wrath of a god. In but a few hours most men, women and child were rounded in the plaza. The others were still hunted down. With nowhere but the desert to run, the local population have nothing but despair.
When the knight stopped reading, bulldozers, trucks, iron and steel machinery entered the village, turning it into a massive construction site.
Samael stood in the center of the raised platform in the Hall of Autarchs. He had left Kyre a day after the messengers, and had been met at the border by a platoon that had escorted him back to the capital. Now he stood before his employers, who were carefully examining him. Even behind his glasses he could make out how each one glowed. It frightened him to be in a room with so many people who shone red. "So what exactly do you do, Mr. Helvetica? I see no weapon on your person and the guards noted that all you had with you was a walking stick. How does one get to be so feared when they have no weapon to instill fear with?" Autarchess Lyndaj said with a small laugh. Samael could tell she did not want him here. More so after the mess with Francis and Leon. "I use my fists." Samael answered plainly. "We have heard reports of some form of magical tattoo. Are these true?" Malfin, on the other hand, seemed eager to get Samael what he wanted and put him to work. "Yes, I have been given the Living Ink by the monks of my former monastery. It allows me to cast spells directly from the ink, and has the capacity to cast multiple spells at once. Would you like a demonstration?” Samael hoped that the man would say no. ”Yes, please” Malfin sounded as eager as a child receiving a gift. With a loud sigh, Samael removed his outer robe, revealing his bare chest and the black pants he wore underneath and kicked off his sandals. The Autarchs all looked very closely at the two identical lines of glyphs on either side of his abdomen, the housing of his tattoos. Samael then willed the ink into activation, causing lines to spread from the glyphs and cover his body. He held up his feet one at a time to show that the ink covered them completely. “What is the strongest spell you know?” Malfin inquired. Samael chuckled slowly. “I think I’ll keep it a secret. After all, If you can see a behemoth’s claws, you can avoid them easier.” “I’m still against hiring this lowlife.” Lyndaj spoke out. He has no right to demand what he has demanded of us. Treatment as a general in our armies? Absurd!” She was now standing and pacing back and forth. “Since when did the Seance of Archadia let dogs from dilapidated border towns walk on it like a welcome mat? I think-“ Samael cut her off by raising a hand in her direction. On his hand a small symbol had formed. “Kneel!” He shouted as he raised his hand. King Matax, who had been present but hadn’t talked out of boredom, was suddenly very interested in the meeting. Samael slowly walked over to the Autarchess, who was shaking as if trying to move an object to heavy for her as she kneeled on the floor, head bowed to the marble. “Look up.” With this simple command, Lyndaj’s head raised, allowing her to look at Samael with a look of pure contempt. Samael held his outstretched hand in front of the woman’s face, with the back facing her. On it was a five pointed star inscribed in an octagon. In the middle of the star was a small glyph, which was glowing a sinister black. Ringing the octagon was a dragon with its wings spread, eating the tail of an identical dragon, which was eating the tail of the first, creating a perfect circle. “This is called the Control Sigil. Only five people in the world have ever been able to master it, my self not included in that tally. While it doesn’t pack much offensive power, it is indeed my strongest spell. It allows the drawer to take control of any object as long as they can supply the energy needed to suppress the object’s will, allowing manipulation of the object through verbal commands. This makes taking over door locks and rocks easy, but people are a bit harder.” Samael was now solely speaking to Lyndaj and had a maniacal look on his face. It was if he had forgotten about the rest of the Séance. He slowly removed his glasses as he kneeled down to Lyndaj’s eye level and continued talking. A brief look of surprise came over her as she saw his green eyes. “That’s why you’re shaking so hard right now. At the sigil’s current level, you have enough will to fight it a bit. But that’s the real beauty of the spell. It has five levels of power. Each one adds a point to this star, so that the caster can tell them apart. The next level is called Control: Dominance and it would completely stop your shaking, dominating your body but not your mind. After that is Control: Tyranny, which controls your mind, allowing me to control you as if you were a second body for me. It is said that after that there is another level, one that grants control over an entire area, but no one knows if it’s real or not.” Samael smiled coldly as he replaced his glasses and stood up. “Release.” As he said this, the Autarchess collapsed, breathing heavily as if she had just run a marathon. “Now be a good girl and let the king hire me.” Samael returned to the middle of the room and put on his robes as the ink retreated over his body. Lyndaj slowly stood up and walked over to the King, who was looking at Samael intently. “This man has the eyes of a Seer.” She whispered into his ear before returning to her throne calmly. King Orcus looked over at Lyndaj with shock in his eyes. She nodded curtly at him. “Samael Helvetica, welcome to the Archadian Military. I suggest you get some rest for now; your first assignment will be given to you in the morning. Guards, lead him to his quarters in the palace. This meeting is now adjourned.” A real Seer right here under my thumb? This fool Helvetica doesn’t even seem to know what he is. This may be the turning point of our war. The king grinned to himself as he thought this. Mean while, in the Zanarkand Grand Senate…

A meeting parallel to the Archadian Seance's was underway. The seat reserved for the royal's chair was occupied by Princess Alexandra, and various Senators ringed the elliptical room, most prominent among them High Senator Necniv. Instead of Samael Helvetica being examined before several officials, another, younger man stood before this government assembly. He had a curious sable gauntlet on his right arm. "Mr. Losatrot, please pay attention," asked a female Senator wearily. "We are reviewing your assignment within the Department of Religious Affairs. You are to become affiliated and familiar with the practices of the Faith of Auron..." "I heard you before, Senator Ciminix." Devon Losatrot's reponse was not intended to be disrespectful; indeed, it was brief but bordered on polite. "Are you sure that this practice is legal, High Senator?" Alexandra asked. "Recent concerns of infiltrators have been brought up by local churches. I have never seen the Grand Senate endorse this sort of thing..." "That is because your attendance at these important meetings is inconveniently infrequent, my child," Necniv responded. "I assure you that under the Religious Regulation Act, verse number..." the Senator read off several lines while Alexandra leaned her head on one arm and Devon waited pateintly. ...and thus, having citizens in the government's trust acquainting themselves with all the faiths of this nation serves only for a stronger tie between the public and pious communities. Therefore, this action is passed. Mr. Losatrot, you may report to the DRA and then to Kyre for further assignment. You are dismissed." Losatrot bowed and left their presence, tightening his black gauntlet ever so slightly as he went. The next client passed him in the pearl-laced Grand Vestibule clad in holy robes. He was a middle-aged man with striking blond hair and an austere demeanor. The Senate received this cardinal immediately, and he stood in the room's origin while Senator Miranda Ciminix initiated discussion. "Cardinal Amreg Oppej of the Church of Aerith, welcome to the Senate," Ciminix began pleasently. You are here to be informed about new law regarding relationships between your church and the Zanarkand government, including sponsorship for missions to the war-torn central zone of this continent of Drakin in Aerith's name." A necklace with a silver rose, the symbol of an Aerith worshipper, was draped around Ciminix's neck, as well as Cardinal Oppej's. Predicatably, Oppej had no objection to the ample increase in funds for his church. Princess Alexandra, however, did: "Mr. Oppej, thanks for your time here, but I object to this increase in funding. The Zanarkand government, um, is grateful for religious work in our nation and to the impoverished in war areas. I know my father is a practicing Aerithite, and while I do not follow his faith, I follow his... uh, concern for the people you help." Minwu, that sounded horrible, she thought to herself. She used the name of Minwu, of course, as an expression of exasperation, as those of other faiths would use their deity. Vincent Necniv took advantage of Alex's slight pause. "Miss Augustus, I agree with your sentiments with gusto," he simpered. "Cardinal Oppej here is but one servant of the people, bringing grace to the world over. He brings hope to this desperate country to communities that the hand our government cannot comfort. He is bringing hope to those in penury, changing their disbelief to peace in Aerith. This is exactly why Zanarkand needs to support his efforts, like the efforts of other faiths we have financially backed-" "Wait, you are funding the Aurons and Ashes too?" Oppej's once smug smile vanished rather quickly. Necniv began to stutter, and Ciminex jumped in for the save. "Cardinal, please be assured that this money is strictly for restorative aid purposes. Senator Necniv has already outlined the good deeds that you will do with the 900,000 Zanarkand rupees we are supplying. Isn't that right, High Senator?" "Yes, exactly." Necniv announced immediately. "Then, this case is-" But it was Alexandra's turn to interrupt. "Funding charity is all fine and good, but we can't specifically finance a faith. Zanarkand can't combine its federal work with religious work. Our laws protect the rights of the faithful to practice freely and without fear of persecution, but... they also prevent officials from favoring one faith over another. My father would not support such favoritism-" "Actually, King Chreon has been extremely generous with donations to the Church of Aerith, both in private charity and with money on the waves of canonical royal ink," Oppej replied with a sneer. "But..." the princess began. "Discussion is closed and bill approved." Necniv slammed down the gavel. "That is, unless the princess would like to veto?" he challenged. Alexandra stared at the shell table in front of her and bit her lip. Senator Ciminix wrapped up the proper documents and sent the Cardinal off triumphantly. Oppej left, and another man with spiky black hair entered. He was dressed poorly compared to the resplendant garb of the cardinal who had exited. His boots were slightly dirtied, and his tools were being held by the guard in the Vestibule hallway outside, leaving his many pockets and leather carrying rings empty. "And you are...?" Senator Ciminix peered over her glasses at the not-so-gentlemanly human before her. "Dante Atlas, Senator. Uh, I was supposed to come here for a mining pass to be used in the mines near Dragon Fang Mountain." "Oh, this will be simple, then," another Senator cheerfully responded. He had light lavender hair and was in his mid-seventies; the plaque in front of him read Senator Vorrath - Chair Department of Natural Resources. "You wish to mine adamantite?" "Yes, sir," Dante said. "I live outside Mobliz, and my master Kenta and I have a small blacksmith foundary. It's not much, but it's kind of famous in the area. I've journeyed a long ways to be here. It's been hard to get adamantite through local merchants, we've already caught a fraud..." "Life stories are nice, but time-consuming," Necniv interjected. "Vorrath, sign the permit and let's continue with business." "Yes, yes, High Senator." Vorrath's quill scribbed hastily, and he beckoned kindly to Dante, who approached the old man's desk and took the permit. "Thank you, sir." The Grand Senate dismissed him without much formality.

It didn't take Taarin long to carry Cynthia back to camp without anyone noticing, and to sleep. When he woke up, however, he noticed Cynthia is still asleep. He wondered why the pendant meant so much to her but there is something special about it indeed. Within it carries some great powers, none of which he could not understand. But that was not the only thing on his mind. Taarin also wondered about this Jon Doe guy, who is busily eating breakfast Ivy has served him while talking with Yala. Apparently, Jon knew something about Jendor. But did Jon know what has happened Jendor? Then Taarin noticed a strange scythe next to Jon, kind of like the one Seraph has when he was in the Zanarkand army. Could Jon be the Seraph Jendor is looking for? If so, what does he want and why did he leave? However, Taarin took a deep breathe and decides to keep it to himself, not wanting to cause a spur within the group, especially if there's a bounty on his head. In fact, the one Taarin would suspect causing a spur in the group is Leon. Taarin didn't trust him one bit, and wouldn't be suprised if the mercenary happens to double-cross them all of the sudden. Taarin could've cared less about Max, but still wasn't so sure about him. Then there's Avec and the Coralheart Raiders. The group seemed to want to use Cynthia for their own purposes, but today he has noticed something entirely different. Something he did not suspect to see happen between a band of 'kidnappers'. Between Avec and the rest of the Raiders lies a tight-nit bond, very much equal to Taarin's own bond with his own friends back in Kilika Beach. All this thinking has made him a little homesick. After fixing his hair, which has gotten longer since his journey began and sharpened his drakenaer nails, he stepped out of camp to join them.

As Cynthia was sleeping, she began dreaming of a Seer warrior about to face his ultimate battle. But he wasn't alone, he was with a group of nine other warriors. Two of them were Drakenaers, one was Canidine and the rest were Humes. As they approach to their final destination. A god like man with a wing of light and a wing of darkness appear from the skies. "Sephiroth, it time for your madness to end." Said the Seer. "Pathetic mortals, you think you can actually stop me. I am a God of Twilight and soon to be the God of life. Once began Ragnarok, the Gods will go to war and and soon they and your world will be nothing." Said Sephiroth. "We wont let you do this." One the Drakenaer said with his sword point to the so called god. "Why are you so eager to die? Do you realize your just pawns, use by the gods. Can't you see your just fighting for nothing? This world is corrupted, for years the Humes, Drakenaers and Canidines have been to war for years. The only why to end this war is to restart the world, and I will be the one to do it. With the hand of darkness," As he shown them his left hand. "I will start Ragnarok the war of the gods that will destory this world. And with hand of light," As he shown them his right hand. "Will crate a new genesis, a new world. A world where I will be it's god, a world of peace and harmony, a world without crime, murder and war. And with Twilight Crystal in my hand my dream will come true." Then he laugh evilly. "Blah Blah Blah, are you done talking about your master plan. Just because you have a petty looking crystal, you think your Kefka or Auron, new flash or not! So why don't stop this boring plan of your and stop wasting our time." As the man with the eye patch and bow was getting aggravated with the demigod. "We maybe pawns, just tools use for war and pain. But that not all we can do we can shown love and friendship. And I refuse to let you destory this world. As long I have the strength my seer blood, my Eons and my comrades. I'll defend this world from psychos like you." Said the seer warrior his sword point to Sephiroth with one hand and holding a Holy spell in the other ready to defeat Sephiroth. "Well then I guess no choice. It time for the symphony of light and darkness began." He then laugh as he was ready to face to foolish warriors in battle. However Cynthia's dream end before the battle could start. As she woke up, find her self back at her tent. First she look for her pendant, hoping she still have it. She was relieved when she fond it and then put it on. Then she wonder about the dream, she knew it was just a dream but she felt like it actually happen and wonder who was that man, a Seer brave enough to face a god. Then she wonder who was Sephiroth and what is Ragnarok and the Twilight Crystal. She know if she going to find answers she'll have to return home, return to Mysidia.
Brodi mumbled to himself as he walked out of the town's pub. Soon after he bumped into a man, an older looking gentleman, not easily identified as a Canidine as he was roughly the same height as the human himself and of a surprising stout frame considering his race. "Hmm. Oh, Hey Mister Fell--" The man quickly interrupted him. "Brodi, you know what I prefer to be called." Brodi sighed exasperatedly but with a faint smile. "Still, that's a bit immature for you don't you think..." He sighed before he continued. "Mr. "Mister" Fellahin?" "Nonsesne, young lad. It's funnier that way." The Bounty Hunter smacked his hand against his forehead. "I should just start refering to you as Joseph. You sound like my father." "Ah, How he the ol' top?" Brodi took a sip from the canteen he held at his side, then wiped his mouth with his arm. "He's still weird. He's like an older crazier FeFe." Joseph chuckled at the remark. "Well, then we better watch out for him, he might become too strong for the world to handle." Brodi scoffed in a jokingly haughty manner, but with traces of genuine sincerity. "Yeah, right, not with me around he won't. Or Rex." Brodi Grinned before switch to a more serious expression. "Actually there's something I need to talk to you about, it sorta concerns FeFe actually." Joseph stroked his chin as though he was in deep though. "You love doing that." Brodi said. "It makes me look distinguished." Joseph laughed again. "Ok my boy, what do you need to talk about?" "Come on, guys! How are we conveiently still at no town? And why are you guys up, it's the morning?!" Felix yelled at Rex and Cholossus who seem content in sleeping still until night falls again. "Insides voices FeFe, we tell you this all the time. In-Side- Voi-ce!" Rex quiet mutter turning over as he laid on the ground. "Inside voice? We're Outdoors! We can't sleep too much on an adventure, we'll miss the adventure!" A modest sized stone hit Felix on the side of his head. "Hey." "Cho's got the right Idea." Felix pulled his goggles down to examine his head bands, as he continued to stand amidst his layabout friends. He smmiled in defeat.
On their way back to the camp, Leon and Francis found a small device. Just as they approached it, the machine stirs. From the machine, a holographic image appeared. The image was that of a person's face, with the upper half covered by the shadows.
Leon stood there, shellshocked to this revelation. He should've realized that mankind can never allow him and his family's reunion. He looked at the void, his machete slipped through his hand.
A few days later, in Acacus (who the hell named these cities?) words were spread that the grandmaster of the SS and SA, Ser Adam, the man who's judgment was seen as 'infallible', the only man who have the authority to arrest high ranking officials, have been found dead in his office. He killed himself from his own crossbow. But the intriguing objects was the empty recording machine, and papers showing Zanarkand's officials and shady places next to them. It was quickly concluded that he killed himself when someone recorded his testaments and revealed his hidden lists. It was obvious, Adam seldom get close to the Senate.
A day have passed since this controversial find, and Francis entered the royal palace, greeted by the queen herself. He said he went out of hiding the moment he was cleared of his unjust charges.
Little did Archadia know, the night Adam died, was the night Francis sneaked to his office, killed him with the master's crossbow, put an empty recording device on his table and placed Francis's old report on the Zanarkand's, which nobody knew ever existed. A week have passed since leaving the children, Leon finally arrived in Fontis. He challenged the guards and stomped his way to the royal palace, screaming to speak to the king.

Samael had spent the past week or so being briefed on the state of Archadia and their side of the war. He had learned about important battles of old and the generals who lead them. He had sat through tales of heroes that the lectors found regaling, but he only found boring. This knowledge was of no use to him or his role, but he supposed it did come with the terms he asked for. He was now in his room, a stately suite within the castle walls that was big enough to accommodate an entire platoon of men, going over the contents of his travel bag. Before sleeping There was his spyglass, a small carving knife, various maps, his backup glasses, a canteen, a small pendant in honor of the god of Justice his monastery served, and his Eon crystals, given to him by a wealthy and grateful client. The Warg Brood and Pandeonium’s Warden. One was vaguely shaped like a fang, and the other was a round lump of crystal. Both were a plain and illustrious gray. Samael hated to resort to summoning magic, as he though it gave the summoner an unjust edge in battle, but he had passed the entities’ tests, and thought it would be foolish to throw away beings that saw him as their master. As he repacked his bag, a knock sounded at the door. He went to answer it and was greeted by a royal messenger. “The king has summoned you, Ser Helvetica.” The man seemed unsure of how to address Samael. Moments later, Samael was standing in a small audience chamber before King Matax and a few of his advisors. “Well, Samael, you asked to be treated as military and now you have it. You’ll be acting as a one man special ops unit, due to the plethora of experience I’m sure you have in the field.” Matax chuckled at himself while Samael rolled his eyes behind his glasses. “We need you to apprehend a small group of travelers, last seen in Kaipo. Details aren’t necessary right now. It’s all in this file.” He paused and gestured to one of the advisors, who walked over to Samael and handed him a tightly rolled scroll. “That includes all the information on the people we know to be with this band and what we suspect their motives to be. Study it well. You will depart immediately, and take the route outlined here.” He motioned to another advisor, who pointed out the route Samael was to take on a large map board. “One last thing; if you by chance encounter Leon Chatel or Francis Catiglione, kill them on sight. You will be rewarded handsomely for the trouble.” Samael was very interested by this side mission. I may just try and accomplish that. He thought to himself. “Now, we are giving you one of our best steeds for the journey, so time should not be an issue. Find these people, apprehend them, and if they are unwilling to return here, make it so that they are. Further and more detailed instructions are also in your scroll. You will be escorted to the stables by the guard at the door. Good luck and god speed.” Samael offered a slight bow before silently turning and heading to the door. Once he was gone, the king turned to his advisors. “Awfully silent, that one. Did I read the speech you gave me right? I hope I didn’t mess it up.” Before he could get an answer, he was already off, heading to his chambers to sleep. Samael had received his Chocobo and was already off, reading the scroll as he raced over the dark plains with silver moonlight as his guide. He let out a low laugh as he transferred the scroll’s contents to his tattoos. “This will be the most fun I’ve had on a hunting mission. Cynthia Alexander, I hope you and your friends provide a good quarry.“
Cynthia sat on a bed in a room in the inn of Kyre. She shared the room with Yala, Ivy and Traeh. She thought back to how she got there form the dessert. "I have to go home," Cynthia had said. Everyone in the small camp looked at her, all with perplexed expressions. "What? Why?" Taarin stood and approached her, but she stepped back instinctively. "I don't know, not really. But if I go back to Mysidia, I might find some answers." Avec leaned back on his hands. "We need to make sure we have enought supplies. We should probably go to Kaipo-" "That would be a bad idea." Max just arrived, no one had known he was gone, and tossed a bloody piece of cloth to Avec. "Kefkan?" Avec said turning to Max. "Aye. We were being tailed by Templars." Max sat cross legged with the group. "I spotted them in the night; they were talking with Francis and Leon, who oh so conviently disappeared it seems. It seems there's a trap set in Kaipo to ensnare the Seer." He chuckled to himself. "I didn't know what they meant at first but then I remembered the stories. I can't believe I was the last to know." Then he shook is head and looked up. "So, since Kaipo's out of the question, where are we headed?" After a pause, Avec stood. "I guess we head for Mysidia." "Great, Zanarkand again. It's not like I've been their before." Max rolled his eyes. "We'll go elsewhere for supplies," Avec added. With that they collected the supplies they had. They were using Kyre as a waypoint. Max had called in a few favors and secured cheap room and board, not too classy but good enough to survive. Cynthia heard a creak outside the door and openned it. Max had passed by heading for his own room. "Why are you helping me?" She was more and more confused by Maximilian every passing moment. "Does it matter?" Max asked in response. "No, I guess not. Good night." With that she returned to her room. Because no one should be used as a pawn if they desire to choose otherwise. With these thoughts, Max also turned in for the night.

That night Cynthia had another dream about the man. This time he was little older like a few year have pass sense he defeated the demigod Sephiroth. Man seem to be waiting for something, then a little girl come running to him. "Father is mother alright!" The little girl ask, worry about mother. "Don't worry Ultimecia, your mother find." He comfort her, let her know that her mother is alright. Then the door opened. "....., she done your daughters are born." Said the woman after she open the door. However when she said his name, no words came out. "She had ..." Confuse at first then excited to find out his wife just had their child. But he was shock to find out she had twins. "Their just as beautiful as you." "Thank you." She thanked him then look at her new born daughters. "You like to hold one?" She asked him. "Of course." He replied, then she hand him one of them. "She so calm." He said, then he turn to Ultimecia "Ultimecia to you like to see them?" "No I'm fine" Then she tried to leave. "Where you going?" Asked her mother. "I just wanted to be by myself, okay." Then she left. "I Hope she alright." "She be fine. She just not use to being a older sister yet." He said "So ....., what should we name them?" She asked "Me? Are you sure you want me to name them? You know I named Ultimecia last time." "I'm fine with it. I give them life, I should at lest let you named them." "Okay then, well I'll name the one your holding Rydia and I'll named this one Terra." After he named his children Cynthia's dream end. After her dream Cynthia woke up. It was still dark and Ivy, Yala and Traeh were still asleep. She thought about her second dream and knew her dreams are not normal dreams. And that name Terra, She remember Bahamut said that same name from before. She then thought. "(Am I related to this Terra and that man.)" She realize it was to early to get up so she went back to sleep hoping she'll find the answers soon.

Taarak is Taarin's father and a superior officer in the Dragoon army. Meanwhile, near Dragon Fang Mountain, a blue-armored Dragoon approached Kaiser, who was wounded from battle. "It's been awhile, Kaiser," the Dragoon called out. Kaiser turned to see the old acquantance. "I told you to stay out of my way, Taarak." "Now is that the way to talk to an old friend?" Taarak retorted as he fixed his eye-patch. "I know what you did and I'm not gonna let you get away with it." "It's for the good of our race!" Kaiser declared. "You should know that!" "Is that what we Drakenaer should all believe?" Taarak replied. "Or is it really for your brother?" "My brother is dead," Kaiser said. "That doesn't mean anything, does it?" Taarak said as he started to head back towards Kilika Beach. Taarin lied in his bed as he thought about Cynthia. I think there's something wrong with me. It's like everytime I've approached Cynthia, she just...steps away. Not that I blame her, though. She has a Seer blood, after all. And there's no reason I should object to going to Mysidia. If Cynthia wants to find some answers about herself, that's fine by me. There's one thing I'll devote myself to, though, and that is to support her every step of the way. I'll even teach her to fight one day, and show her around Kilika Beach. Maybe I'll bring Ivy, too. Once we find Jendor, that is. Taarin sighed before he continued thinking. Looks like our journey is going quite smoothly now that Leon and Francis have gone, and Max hasn't many any kidnapping attempts so far. I still don't get this Templar Knight thing, though. I know I'm not too fond of religous history, but I know enough of this unholy fued between the gods. But what does this have to do with Cynthia? What do they want? He bit his lower lip. Oh well. I guess I'll get some answers soon, anyway. Smiling with that in mind, he drifted off.
"...Oh, Yeah. I remember that now. I knew that." Joseph said. "Of course you knew. Look who I'm talking to, I'm surprised you remember you have a family and friends." Brodi held his forehead as he shook his head in distraught. "No need to sweat the small stuff. Only the important things count. Though I guess I could say something. But it's not like it'll change anything at all." "There a rather high chance for trouble to come to town." Brodi stated as he clenched his fists. "We may be a peaceful but if we have to defend ourselves we Dalians won't go down without SERIOUS effort on the opposition's part!" Joseph through his hands in the air shaking them vigorously. "Well when you're right, you're right." "Anyway that's enough talking about that, it's a big deal. More importantly don't you have "prey" to catch tiger? You know that Seraph guy you were after left days ago why are you still here?" "I had to obtain some new equipment. But you're correct I should be going. That guy could have been beaten with dignity now he's just going to be embarrased!" Brodi stormed off heading for his home to depart. "Hmm.." Joseph stroked his chin again this time with a bit of meaning behind the gesture. Felix's head hit his hand crushing the light green fruit he held smearing the lens of the glasses he currently wore. "Come on, Cholossus. That was good stuff there. Now my glasses are dirty." "Man this is boring! Why are we walking!" Rex exclaimed, using his sliver Lance as a walking tool. "Because Cholossus is too fast and you don't have a ride so I'm not just going to ride off far ahead of you, one of us could get into some trouble." Felix replied as he wiped his vibrantly color linted glasses, and place them back on his face. "HA! You don't know this skills and techniques I've acquire. I'll show you whose fast." "Wha-" Rex crouched for a moment then shot into the air, leaving a trail of wind blowing from the jumping point, immediately following that he kicked off the air itself to propel himself forward through thee sky quickly diminishing. "Try and keep up FeFe!" He yelled back the that slightly stunned Felix. Cholossus grabbed onto Felix's scarf and tossed him on his back. "Show him you stuff Cho!" The chocobo and Felix stormed off with the ever present dirt trail kicking up behind them.

Taarin shrugged. "It was Cynthia's idea. She wanted to get her pendant back. I don't know, but I think that along with those summons something to her. I wanted to help her but..." He drew a deep breath. "Now I realize there's no stopping her." Seto nodded as Jon came out, all groggy with his blonde hair and beard messed up. "I guess you didn't sleep too well last night," Seto asked Jon. "Hmph. What do you think?" Jon said as he gets himself equipped. "I wonder if those Templar Knights were spying on me and Cynthia the whole time," Taarin continued. "More likely," Max answered as he stepped out the door. "But I don't think they know where we are now." "Well, they better not be following us," Taarin said. "If they are?" Jon asked as he put away his scythe. "We'll be waiting for them," Seto answered as he grabbed his polearm.

"My Brother was a fool, fell in love with that Seer. And he was going to quit the army to live with that woman. Luckily he die in that invasion to save our family's honor" Kaiser answered Taarak's question. "So you still believe in that legacy. Where you think you have to die in battle. Am I right?" Taarak commented him without turning around. "That right, the only way a Bloodfang will die is they must die in a honorable battle." "So is that what you looking for all these years, your death?" Taarak turn around and asked. "Indeed your right. Every man must die someday, I'm just hunting and killing generals and bounty until I find my death. Beside I was never was the type to die in a bed, I always wanted to die with sword pierce thorough my gut." Then Kaiser laugh. "You poor fool, can only find happiness by kill others." "Whatever, like I give a shit what you think. Anyway you like to know something interesting?" Kaiser willingly giving Taarak some information. "Okay, what is it?" Taarak asked "You remember when Cyrus guess about his perfect woman was pregnant. Well he was right, even more humorous it the daughter he always wanted. To love and protect." Then he laugh "Kinda hard to protect something when your dead." And he continue to laugh. "So why are here and not protecting her?" Taarak Asked. "I tried okay! But a group of punkes and mages took her from me so I give up. Interesting is, I saw Seto and a guy that look a lot like you with them. Anyway get out here and don't come back, unless you have some form of alcohol with you." Taarak then left Kaiser but curious to find out Seto is involve with Cyrus's daughter even more curious this man that look like him, it have to be his own son. Back at Kyre. As she was about to fix her hair and tie it in her ribbon, she started to think again. But not about the dreams but about her father. Samael had reached Kaipo after a night of non-stop travel. He asked around for information on Cynthia, Taarin, or Max, who he had been surprised to learn was in the group. All he learned was that there had been a rather large summon fight not too long ago between a young Drakenaer girl and the infamous Aurora, Lady of Gales. If the Meridiems were looking for this group as well, things could get messy. In any case, all witnesses said the group had moved on shortly after, not staying the night. If Max was still traveling with them, then they may have gone back to Kyre, where he would have the strongest ties, but nothing was certain. Samael sighed and pulled out a piece of cloth he had found enclosed in the scroll. According to his intel, it was a scrap of Cynthia’s clothing. He then reached into his robes and pulled out the fanged shaped Eon crystal. “Cynthia Alexander, wherever you are, you will soon be hearing the baying of the hounds. Warg Brood, I call you forth!” The crystal began to pour forth a gray smoke, which billowed circled around Samael’s feet. From the oppressive haze came loud and dreadful howls, and as the smoke coalesced, 20 normal sized dark gray wolves appeared standing before Samael, their yellow eyes and white fangs gleaming in the midday desert sun, waiting for their orders. “Take this cloth and track its scent to Hell and back!” Samael threw the rag into the pack, which fell upon it with ferocity. “When you find them, restrain yourselves from killing them, would you? I need them more or less alive.” The wolves were off, the scent leading them to the northeast. Samael mounted his Chocobo that had been waiting for him and followed the pack on their pursuit. "So maybe Kyre is the hole these rats are hiding in." He let out an evil laugh as he followed behind, the Baying of the Hounds leading through the desert and towards his prey. Devon Losatrot woke up in his room to a surprise. Sitting at the small table in his bedroom was an old canadine man, carving and eating an apple as calm as could be. "`Bout time you woke up, sonny. It's damn near noon." Devon moved for his Baselard, but the old man was faster. He was toting a cocked crossbow in the general direction of Devon's face, and judging by the size of the payload for one shot, that was all he needed to do. "How did you get in here?" Devon asked as he slowly sat up in his bed, looking anxiously at his gauntlet, which was laying on his nightstand. "That is highly irrelevant. And I'll kindly ask you to leave the questions to me." The old man took a bite of the apple. "Now, where did you come across that gauntlet you're always wearing?" "An old Mysidian man sold it to me 5 years ago as I was passing through. What’s it matter?" Devon was wary now. That gauntlet was the only weapon he had that gave him an edge over most people. Losing it was out of the question. "I bet he didn't even tell you its story. Did he?" The old man tossed the apple core out an open window as he asked. "He said I looked like a man out for revenge and that the gauntlet would help me get it." "Hmph. Well that it will. Would you like to hear the story of that gauntlet?" Devon nodded, but was a bit apprehensive. The old Canadine was still pointing the crossbow at him. "Well, a long time ago, there was a Seer man. Now you're probably thinkin' so what there are thousands of Seers, right? You see, this old Seer was a genius with magic. He was better than other Seers, and all of them are geniuses with magic. He could use the aura of the very planet in his attacks." The old man paused and looked at Devon very seriously. "What in the name of Auron does this have to do with me or my gauntlet?" Devon asked impatiently. "Hold on I'm getting there! Now, this Seer was fed up with the constant war waging around him. So one day he collected a bunch of like minded people and founded what many would see as a terrorist cell. They went about foiling the plans of both sides, causing havoc, wreaking terror across the land for anyone in an army uniform. But one day, the old Seer died, as we all must. But his followers knew that with out him they would be in quite a pickle. They needed his powers to keep their image up, and with out them, they were nothing more than a small band of mercenaries. So they did research on aura manipulation. They found out that in certain places around the world there are naturally occurring crystals that can store and release aura. So they set about gathering the finest of these crystals for their research. They eventually constructed a gauntlet that could fire off beams of pure aura gathered from nature. But it was ultimately a failure, as it couldn’t enhance the spells of their mages. They kept the gauntlet, giving it to each successive leader of the cell, until they were eventually crushed by Archadian forces. The gauntlet was never recovered, however, and that was really the empire’s aim in destroying them.. They wanted to duplicate the weapon to give them an edge in the war. Now as I said, this was about 70 years or so ago, and the existence of the gauntlet has been widely forgotten by both sides.” Devon glanced at his gauntlet again. “Would it by chance be my gauntlet?” “Well aren’t you a sharp one? Yes it is. So don’t let those R&D fools get their grubby hands on it, or you’ll have the blood of thousands on your hands. Now you have a nice day Ser Devon. Good luck with your next mission.” With that, the old man jumped out the window he had previously thrown the apple out of. The world is in no short supply of crazy people these days.’’ Devon thought to himself.
In the morning, Cynthia and her new found friends departed from Kyre. The group was much too large to head through the pass near Thunder Valley, so they simply headed south around the mountains. A group their size would stand out but Max led the way hoping that the military would find something better to deal with. Unfortunately this hope proved to be in vain as a number of riders spotted them and rode to intercept them. Again Max hoped that they would would ask a few questions and then grow bored of them but he recognised the woman that seemed to lead the group. Last time he saw her, she was a corporal, just as he had been at the time. She seemed to have been promoted since then. As the riders stopped their chocobos, the woman spoke. "It's been a while, hasn't it, Max." "Yes it has, Alice." Taarin had grabbed his sword but Max advised against drawing it. Alice had gotten off here mount and approached them. "That's 'Sgt. Alice Martinez of the Zanarkand Army' to you, traitor." "Yes, Ma'am." "Cocky, aren't we." With that she struck Max across the face. "You're a coward Maximilian. Part coward, part traitor, all scum." She turned to her men and said, "Relieve them of their weapons." She stood back and watched as the group was dissarmed. She noticed one of her soldiers carrying a scythe and asked, "Who carried that one?" "That on, Ma'am," the soldier said, gesturing towards Jon. She stepped towards him and looked him up and down. "So the prodigal soldier returns." With a turn to her men, she said, "Bind them and bring them to Fontis." Restraints were quickly given to each of them -Caim was given a muzzle and boots- and the group was pulled along by the riders' chocobos. "This is incredible. I spot one traitor and have the good fortune of catching Seraph, too." She chuckled to herself as Taarin suddenly turned wide eyed at the man he had thought to be "Jon."

"Now you don't seem to understand, Sgt. Martinez," Seto said as he and his companions were dragged away like prisoners. "I happen to be Captain of the Dragoons fighting on your side! I demand an explanation!" "Tell it to the king!" Alice retorted haughtily. "What a bitch!" Yala whined to Ivy. "Got that right," Ivy agreed. "Ugh! I don't get it!" Taarin growled before he turned to Seraph. "I guess your cover got blown, huh?" Seraph sighed. "Should've known it was gonna happen sooner or later." "I'd take it you left the same reason I did," Max guessed. "What same reason?" Seraph asked. Taarin decided to keep his mouth shut about Seraph. Asking questions...was out of the question. For the time being. Cynthia sighed. "I have a bad feeling about this." "Yeah, me too," Taarin agreed. He now thought about how those soldiers knew where they were. Though he understood why they were after Max and Seraph, what he didn't quite understand was the fact that all of them were arrested. Sure some of his companions were Archadians, though he never quite cared for the whole Zanarkand-Archadia fued. But he was now worried that with Cynthia captured, they would surely plan to use her as their weapon. Has Leon and Francis betrayed them after all?

Taarin couldn't believe his own eyes. It was his father. "Dad!" Taarak hushed his son before he turned to Alice. "What is the meaning of this, Sgt?" "These two men are traitors!" Alice yelled, pointing to Max and Seraph. "They deserved to be punished!" "And what about the rest you've caught? What have they done!?" Taarak demanded. "Yeah, lady," Brad said, standing next to his Coralheart leader Avec. "What about us?" "Funny," Alice snorted. "I didn't respect a retired officer to order me around." Taarin sighed as his father turned to him. "Don't worry, I clear all this up. In the meantime--" Taarak was interupted by Cynthia's green eyes, but also noticed the same colors of scales on her skin. The girl stepped back instinctively. "It can't be," Taarak said. "Dad? What's going on?" Taarin asked. "So, Cyrus got himself half-Seer a kid," Taarak said. "You? You knew my father? My mother?" Cynthia asked nervously. "Your father was a brave man," Taarak explained. "Her father was a fool," Kaiser said before Taarak punched him. "What in Basch's name has gotten into you, Kaiser!?!" Taarak yelled. "This is your neice!" "And a weakling," Kaiser added. Taarin has had enough of hearing that. "Don't you ever call her that again!" As he said this, Cynthia looked up at him, surprised that he has stood up for her. "Enough," Alice ordered. "I am taking these outcasts to Fontis, and there's no use stopping me." "Good timing, Taarak," Seto commented. "It's been awhile, Seto," Taarak replied. Taarin, however, was confused by the situation. "Dad? You knew Kaiser and his brother?" "I'll explain later," Taarak said while noticing the blue Crystal in his son's hands. "I see you got Shiva." Taarin nodded, smiling. "Yeah. It wasn't easy, but I got it."
Leon, now King Cheron's most trusted adviser and the head of the internal affairs, held a private meeting with Necniv.
In his new office in Acacus, Francis had a visitor: it was the SS agent that tried to arrest him before. But this time, she knew her place and showed humility.
"What, you feeling sick? Anyway, your new task is to get me reports of every member of the council you can find. Give it to me the instance you got them. Oh, and tell the queen to send some men to keep an eye on this group of people traveling from Kyre to the Thunder Valley. Dont worry she knows who they are. I just need to keep an eye on them, make sure they dont do anything stupid in the next post. Oh and start a manhunt for a man named Kaiser Bloodfang."
