Crazyswordsman: He's the Leading Man from the great game that is Final Fantasy XII. He's everything you want for a main character. He's got wit, charm, and power. And Tifa could never resist him, if he wanted her, which he doesn't. Because he has actual taste in women.
Pikmin Master: I never actually used Tifa when I had FF7. She's just in the way. Balthier? I'd vote for anyone who hangs out with a Viera!
Mymindislost: Hell yes. Balthier is the shiz. That is all.

Masamune: Aaah! This is too much! They're both two of my favorite characters in the series. I guess what it comes down to is FFVII>FFXII. Plus, she's the one who should really be called Freya ;)

Otherarrow: Tifa happens to be a level-headed character, while Balthier is, pardon my French, a pompous ass.
Lockhart: Tifa is probably my favorite. While Balthier is the man, nobody can touch Tifa in my book. Great character.
Adam Mcduck: Tifa is better than Balthier coz she's amazing in both her looks & her storyline, Balthier has an amazing storyline, but does he have the looks? No.
Dark raven: I'll tell you something. I don't like Balthier. Really. I was using him only at the beginning of the game. I don't know what is so special about him. He had some good lines, true. But many characters in FFXII did (well, Vaan and Penelo didn't). And his father is better than him. Yeah. But somehow he has more fanboys than Cloud and Sephiroth! I vote for Tifa, because she is, well, Tifa. Sexy and useful in battle. And she's the last hume girl in the tournament. Go Tifa!
BlueHighwind: After a night of soul searching and feverish dreams I have finally made my ultimate choice. It is times of these deep spitual rifts that my Spirit Guide, Sephiroth (though not the real Sephiroth, just my mental projection of his personality) comes down to aid me in my peril. It was his guidence that made me write the FFVII Walkthrough, and his judgement that made me drop of Drake 1's dumb fanfiction bullshit. He made it clear to me that Tifa is just slightly better than Balthier. Why? Because she beat Emerald WEAPON! This is a task that I would consider somewhat impossible, and she did it BAREHANDED. I have to give my respect to badassness of that quality. (PS: Crazyswords, if you want to bribe me to change my vote, I'll except cash, loose women, or a promotion to Admin) =).
Drake: Why do I have a feeling that Tifa and Vivi are going to go head-to-head in the final match? I don't know who I'll vote for then, but anyone that's been around here for at least two weeks knows that I love Final Fantasy VII, and Tifa is my favorite character from it.

		I may have just voted for Balthier in the colosseum, but I'm still a Tifaboy and always will be...and I'm writing this useless comment so this forum will appear on recent changes again...that, and I'm bored.
