- Adam Mcduck: Red XIII is better on the grounds that i never really liked Sabin's story. Even so i still think Red's a cooler character.

- Lord Of The Flames: I've never played Final Fantasy III/VI, but I did play VII, and Red XIII was always in my party, he's the man.

- Crazyswordsman: Another all out BUM RUSH! Red needs time for his limits to charge, and his ultimate limit sucks, and Sabin's attacks are go-to. Mind Sabin is one of the worst characters in FFVI, but he still kicks Red's ass.
- BlueHighwind: Phantom Rush, that's all I need to vote for Sabin.
- SmegHead: Meh, can't really say I prefer either so for me this is a coin flip.
- dudutsai: Yeah... Sabin is so much cooler than Red XIII. Not much more to say about that.
- Mymindislost: I haven't played much of VI and I haven't played hardly any of VII, but I love Sabin. I'm not sure what it is, but I just love him. ^_^

How does Red have more backstory? His entire story was "Oh, my father died and I have to preserve my race." Sabin had an actual backstory from his motive to flee Figaro to his rivalry with Vargas, and he matures more during the actual story than Red does. Red is just, Red. | |||

I know that this round is over, but I'm sure I can still comment on my disgust over Sabin's loss to the lame, little shit called Red. Sabin had personality and background, Red had about 5 lines within the entire piece of crap known as FF7. How can you compare Red and Sabin!? Sabin and Zell makes a lot more sense. How can you call Sabin ugly? Maybe in Amano's artwork, but he's hot in one of the pre-rendered sequences in FF Anthology. You know the one where he's meditating. Plus, his avatar is definately not ugly. I feel like I'm surrounded by idiots. | |||

- User:Booff7: You know I don't see why everybody hates the characters who add a more comic tones to the games. I mean Cait Sith, Quina, Rikku, etc. Wakka wasn't a terrible character in my book. Ya his weapon choice was kind of weird and his voice acting made him sound like he didn't take anything seriously, but beyond all that Wakka was actually a decent character and along with Rikku made for some fun scenes in the game instead of everything being serious and dramatic all the time. This I beleive, goes for Cait Sith and Quina also. I vote for Wakka.

- Gold: This may be the only time I actually bother to vote. I hated X, Wakka made things even worse. They put him in KH and they shouldn't have. Zell wins purely on the fact that I despise Wakka. I'm pretty indifferent as far as Zell is concerned.

- TacticAngel: Khimari is under-respected as a Lancer and as a Blue Mage. I'll take him over some shifty charletan anyday.
- User:FFFan: Kimahri is awesome and one of the most underrated characters in FF. Setzer in my opinion is no one really compared to Kimahri. Kimahri could just burn his cards and dices with fire breath.
- Azul: My favorite character in FFX was Kimahri. There is just something about him that always made me want him in my party :)? I haven't gotten to plat FFVI alot so.....yeah
- SmegHead: Go Kimahri!
- Adam Mcduck: Kimahri was one of the best FFX characters. He was big(well small for a ronso...), blue and silent, a great character. Plus i always have and probably always will dislike Setzer, in VI he was one of the characters i only used when i had to.

- Crazyswordsman: Italians are the best people in the world. Setzer is Italian. And his Fixed Dice kick more ass than any Ronso Rage.
- Masamune: This isn't hard. In my opinion, most anyone in 6 will beat most anyone in 10 (exceptions include Auron and Jecht). In this case, who would you rather have in a fight? The character whose stats are just a worse version of whichever party member you decided to copy? Or the man who can a.) summon an esper randomly for no cost, b.) summon Bahamut for no cost or c.) instantly win any battle with some perfectly timed slots?
- BlueHighwind: Kimarhi is a disgrace to all Dragoons - we don't speak broken English. And we're not cheap blue Wookies either. Setzer is awesome, I'd say the best character in all of FFVI. Fixed Dice is beyond kickass.
- dudutsai: I didn't really like Setzer that much, but Kimarhi just sucks at everything.
- Drake: If this was a month ago, I'd vote for Kimahri, but Setzer was a big help when I was in the Ancient Castle a few nights ago. So I'm gonna go ahead and vote Setzer.
- Drake Clawfang: Setzer. Offering + Fixed Dice = ownage.
- Mymindislost: I've gotta go for Setzer, mostly because I just don't like Kimahri.
- Kimahri allways has never been in my party in X so i'm going for Setzer here that plus he saved me in Darryl's tomb a lot! Hexed
- User:Booff7: I have nothing against Kimahri but for some reason I grew to really like Setzer in VI.I didn't use either of them in combat and while Kimahri looked cool he really didn't add much to the story. Setzer on the other hand was important in the story, he had probably twice the amount of lines that Kimahri did, and he had an excellent backgroudn story. I vote Setzer.

- BlueHighwind - I have to get the first vote for Tifa. I love Tifa. Barret is still cool but he's nothing compared to Tifa. She is the most kickass, badass, hottest chick to ever grace the annuls of Final Fantasy. Damn I'd actually like to see her win this whole thing. Oh and just for Crazyswords: BOOBIES!!!
- TacticAngel: Tifa has, to this very day, one of the best limit breaks ever. It just keeps getting better and better and better. I like Barret, but I just don't think he stacks up... besides, he's more of a ranger class.
- Drake: Tifa's my favorite character. Period.
- Blue。: I like Tifa. I don't have anything genius to say about her. But I like her.

- Adam Mcduck : This is one of the tougher decisions i've had to make but Tifa wins on the account that Barret was sometimes too arrogant for my liking. Also Tifa had a better story than Barret (all he had was Dyne and that all happened in one place (gold saucer)).

Tifa was a good character but I didn't use her in my party which consisted of Cloud, Barret, and Vincent.Therefore, both characters were awsome but I vote Barret.

Tifa's Limits suck towards the end of the game. And her ultimate weapon is pitiful. Barret has one of the few ultimate weapons that can deal consistant damage, and he has a better ultimate limit. | |||

By the end of my game Tifa did 9999 x 2 everyturn. She has a great story and kicks ass. And her name was the classic Oxiyt9DD during my first playthrough. | |||

And last I checked "X Rush" should be the ultimate attack (see Bum Rush). Cloud, Barret, and Cid had the best ultimate limits. | |||

My party in VII was Cloud, Tifa, and Red XIII, but changed after Vincient joined my party, when he replaced Red XIII. | |||
Hey that was my party! Cloud was the main physical attacker and KOTR Summoner, Tifa was a Monk/Blue Mage, and Vincent was the Black/White Mage. I kicked so much ass with that party, good times, good times. Never had much use for Barret though. | |||

Cloud was my healer/blue mage Tifa had Deathblow and 2X Slash (or whatewver it was called) and Vincient had offensive magics and was my long range attacker for flying enemies. They all had 2 summons, although sometimes I gave Cloud or Vincient 3. More than 2 summons royally screwed up Tifa's 9999 x 2 attacks. | |||

That's not the problem, the problem is that your colors don't mix well. Yellow and blue, tacky enough but throw in yellow lettering and its a total disaster. I'd say keep the old template, it worked perfectly fine. | |||
