- Freya is a overrated version of Cyan. Both are great warriors lore wise and are forced to witness their entire kingdoms destroyed and most everything they care about. @ Ffgamesftw: While there certainly are parallels between Freya and Cyan, I would not name her "an overrated version" of him. Yes, they both lose their kingdom and have to deal with the loss of their beloved ones, but while Cyan has to face a definite end with his wife and son dying, never to return, Freya is taunted by the knowledge that her love is still out there, that she can still find him, be together with him again - and then everything falls apart due to Fratley having forgotten who she is. In my eyes, that is at least an equally hurtful experience, and it is perhaps also the one people on here can easier relate to. After all, she doesn't get closure that way. Cyan, after a few years or so, gets to move on, gets to live his life once again, but Freya, she is forever locked in her love for Fratley, and even with them finding back together at the end, he still doesn't remember her. All those little memories they shared, they are gone for him, and she has to deal with that every day. Granted, she does get some of her happiness back by his return to her side.
