This page is here to guide anyone who wishes to get into the Final Fantasy series and doesn't know where to start in terms of difficulty. The scale will read from 1 to 12, 1 being the easiest, 12 being the hardest. This is NOT in chronological order. The two MMOs will not be included as they are "endless" and can change overall difficulty whenever the programmers wish. This page can thrive and be useful if some of the senior members of the community add to this. Any debates can be settled in a talk page. When all debates are settled, this page will hopefully become static. (Basically unable to be edited). In this list, sidequests and superbosses will not be included, this will be about just the core games(No sequels either, X-2, After Years, etc.) For games with multiple releases and altered dificulty (e.g. Final Fantasy IV) please use the original Japanese release in this list. Thank you for your contributions. The list (for now) starts with FFX, many people can agree with this.
