Am I the only one who was dissiponted on Monday to find no FF6 on virtual console. :-( I'm the King of Wonderland, Sultan of Oz, and The Mooglelord, Mwahahahahahaha! 03:17, March 24, 2011 (UTC)

Why were you expecting it at all? Teamrocketspy621 01:09, March 24, 2011 (UTC)

I was expecting it because why would they release it in Europe and Japan and not in America where alot of fans would have bought it. I was going to get it so I was bummered. :-( I'm the King of Wonderland, Sultan of Oz, and The Mooglelord, Mwahahahahahaha! 03:17, March 24, 2011 (UTC)

So you're saying that because they announced a European release, you expected them to release it in America? Teamrocketspy621 03:28, March 24, 2011 (UTC)

International releases are tricky, its based on overall sales, copyright issues, and how much money they stand to make on the deal. If it sells poorly, has a legal challenge (This is the main reason you do not see Earthbound on the Virtual Console), or would just not be worth the effort (A game can sell all the units in the world, but if they won't make a sizable profit from it, they won't bother). Most of the time the only way to predict what will happen with a release is an educated guess based on this, and even then its a total crapshoot. Exdeath64 07:25, March 25, 2011 (UTC)

Also, with the GBA dead and the DS going the way of the dinosaur soon enough. You can probably get a cheap copy of VI Advance and run it on an old GBA or DS. Hell, you can even use a Gamecube. There are less legal ways of obtaining a data copy to play on an emulator, but if I mention them, I'm gonna have an admin on my ass D: Exdeath64 07:31, March 25, 2011 (UTC)
