What are your'e theories on FFXV? I love to here them. MOOGLELORD! I'm the King of Wonderland, Sultan of Oz, and The Mooglelord, Mwahahahahahaha! 05:18, March 15, 2011 (UTC)

My theory is that people aren't concerned with FFXV right now. Given how many people have a deep hatred of XIV, I don' think Square is concerned with thinking that far ahead, either, since they're kind of, you know, worrying about the games that have actually been announced. I'd say you're better off asking about the Fabula Nova Crystallis, you know, games that are actually confirmed. Teamrocketspy621 17:11, March 15, 2011 (UTC)

Squeenix is currently going through ideas as for what to do with XV. I do recall this wikia even reporting on it. 63.118.23.24 19:40, March 15, 2011 (UTC)

Well, I recall someone preemptively creating a Final Fantasy XV article filled with speculation and no solid facts of what Square is doing in regards to it. Teamrocketspy621 19:45, March 15, 2011 (UTC)

Well I think they should just not even think about XV, finish fabula nova crystallis, and then remake VII. but thats just me =P

@Teamrocketspy621

 Wait, what about XIV? I was planning on getting it, but is it really that bad? SethOmega 01:57, March 22, 2011 (UTC)
Well, see, I think people are far too critical of the game (in fact, I'm pretty sure the gaming and game reviewing community is just way too critical in general to start with) and need to give it more of a chance before they just condemn Square. But yes, Square did somewhat rush to get XIV onto the market. As a result, it has generally just not gone over well, especially as a numbered Final Fantasy title, and in part due to a handful of influential people badmouthing it and creating negative opinions of it for those who haven't even played it. It's not just "completely bad," but it has its flaws, which, together, create a game that's overall not yet living up to its title. I want to get it and try it, just to support Square (they can improve it if they had a reason to - like a larger fanbase - but some people are just convinced that Square fucked up and can't do anything about it and is on a downturn to bankruptcy and won't ever get Versus XIII out before going bankrupt and blah blah blah, you get the point), but I haven't the time to shell out for an MMORPG. I suppose what I'm trying to say is this: Yes, it is a flawed game. Yes, Square can fix it. Has anyone given them a reason to? No, all anybody does is act like Square had completely devoted their resources to it and didn't have Versus XIII, Type-0, Dissidia 012, XIII-2, some two or three Kingdom Hearts games, The 3rd Birthday, and more on their plate. It probably would've benefited Square to at least finish the Fabula Nova Crystallis before tackling the next numbered game, but I guess they felt that XI was getting old and needed an immediate overhaul in the form of a new game that would have to be unrelated to the Fabula Nova Crystallis. The result is a main series Final Fantasy game following the previous numbered installment, XIII - so XIV never really should've been what it is, if Square could have their way. The unfortunate fact is that they couldn't devote time and resources to a new needed MMO that would have to be main series, but at the same time, they needed to update their MMO scene (MMOs work like that, for some reason... you give people a game with enough content and real-time updates to last them many years of moderate play, and they go through everything in a matter of weeks, play a few celebratory events and the expansion campaigns uninterestedly, and then beg for a sequel). It's just a group of unfortunate coinciding problems. Teamrocketspy621 02:36, March 22, 2011 (UTC)

I could care less about whether or not they continue MMO's or not, but they shouldn't be in the main series anymore. XIV probably will get better by the time it comes out for PS3. Then I'll buy it.AlVan 19:59, May 21, 2011 (UTC)
