Hey all, while playing FFV for the Pixel Remaster, I'm looking at ways to improve our gameplay content. Aside from the usual location pages stuff (we don't have named quests for FFV so we'll have to put the quests on the location pages themselves), I believe our job pages could use a major revamp to make them clearer to readers why they should master a certain job and what benefits provided.
I've worked on a proposal for a new layout for job pages. The layout can be found at this sandbox. My questions at this stage are:
- Is the above layout good, or can it be tweaked?
- Should we make individual pages for each ability a la FFVII/FFVIIR? I think individual pages can be useful for instances where there's lots of strategy to an ability and they can work well between jobs, i.e. all the instances where you'd use Counter as a Monk. It's also a better place to dump any random interactions or technical details than the job page. Only thing is, as I may have demonstrated with the Monk proposal, we might've said all we can about the ability on the job page anyway, making these potentially redundant.
