And the creators said that in the ff universe that nothing is higher or greater themselves and they said that kefka and yevon and majora and The Triforce and the minycorleans and the tailed demons and the cursed fruit and the sayians and neo and agent smith and all of the final fantasy villans and vaati and bellum and andross and bowser and seymour and the council from ff 12 are all Sephiroth clones.I think Sephys ultimate attack is dimension destroyer were he targets every single universe at once and destorys them.
Let me respond to your fanboy/girl comment. Sephiroth is confirmed to be the strongest character in Final Fantasy VII. Not in every other, completely separate, game, book, TV show or movie that exists in the history of the world. To prove that he isn't all that great: Ganon casts an entire country into permanent twilight. Majora summons a evil moon to destroy the world. Vaati turns a powerful mage into a hat. Bellum curses an entire sea. The Triforce and the minycorleans are not characters, they are an object and a mass of microscopic organisms, respectively. Sephiroth nearly attains godhood. Kefka, Feolthanos, Ajora, Yu Yevon and Exdeath (pretty much) attains that status. Sephiroth did not change the face of the world as people knew it. He is not the reason an entire world was flooded nor did he comatose a god. Strongest in Final Fantasy VII? Yes. Strongest ever? No. Thank you and good day. :) 69.9.211.143 22:11, 10 January 2008 (UTC)

Pablo, it's when he goes into Parliament. Seriously, Singapore needs some one like CSM in the top dog position; have you ever seen how much we(or rather, my parents) have to pay in taxes? I heard that the government had enough money to give 500 BILLION dollars to the 2004 tsunami survivors. And yet there's an INCOME tax. And MBH, if I had the energy to, I would hate the universe as much as you too, but right now I'm drained from continously tapping the Triangle and X buttons on my PS2's controller for 20 seconds straight.

Two things. One) This guy is a loser, and should be punished for not understanding how to best praise Sephiroth. And two) You're wrong, Sephiroth is stronger than Kefka, because, before either of them transformed, he would've kicked Kefka's ass. And he killed a PC. And CSM, of it was Jenova who did it, than he got an evil alien to be his bitch and do his dirty work for him. Does Kefka have any aliens under his control? I think not.

I told you before 1. Jenova controls Sephiroth, not the other way around. We're not getting into this again. And, 2. Kefka has a whole cult dedicated to him.

Yeah, cults aren't that hard to form (don't ask) and how the hell does Jenova contol Sephiroth? Because I've never seen anything in the game to point me to that conclusion. If anything it's the other thing around.
i dont think it's the "mind fuck controlling" way of controlling but more of the fact that Sephiroth felt that it was his destiny to fulfill Jenova's wishes, w/e they were. He's also motivated by the fact that he's an ancient like his mom (which he isn't i think) and believes that the human race are a bunch of backstabbing assholes. which we are...but that's not the point. so all in all, i believe it was...professor gast D: 'cuz he started the whole Jenova Project and made Sephiroth into the crazy delirious person he is (actually, i think he made the whole of sephiroth)

Or maybe it's all Hojo's fault for siring him.
As much as I like both villians, I must ask: How can gods be killed by groups of 3 or 4?

If one of them is a kickass moogle with a kickass spear, one of them is a powerful Mage Knight, and another is a witty Machinist, and another is a crafty, intelligent
As badass as those people are, aren't gods...Umm...Immortal?
DrakemasterDrake - "I would rather live a short life of glory than a long one of obscurity." TALK - {{{time}}} The clock on this site is so messed up, why bother?
No, because gods are not real, thus can not be mortal or immortral, thus Sephiroth is way stronger than Kefka.
God, this debate again? Come on guys, how many times have we been over this. We can sit here and debate this over and over until we're all eighty years old with beards and canes. Who's stronger: Sephiroth or Kefka?
I have a better question: who cares anymore? Show of hands, who wants to get into another Sephiroth/Kefka debate that will end with both sides getting pissed at each other and die out only to somehow revive itself in a month? Here. Who's stronger, Sephiroth or Kefka? Golbez kicks both their asses. There, debate done. Now go home.

I thought Golbez *was* Darth Vader. Just give him a lightsaber.
| |||
I was asking about how these gods keep getting killed by 4 people, yet no one cares.
The Statues got killed because Kefka had drained their energy and left them shells of their former glory. Now, how Kefka himself got killed, good question. By all accounts he was invincible, he had the power of the three Gods of Magic and was like, Super God of Magic. But Kefka killing the party and destroying mankind would have made a lousy ending.
| |||
But weren't the Stautes killable thus mortal? Making Kefka mortal as well? Then who are the gods?
The Statues were immortal, but Kefka drained them of their immortality over time. Again though, I admit that there's no explanation as to why he was still killable.
| |||
Random thought: Maybe mortality cannot be undone? That's why all these villian gods keep getting killed?
DrakemasterDrake - "I would rather live a short life of glory than a long one of obscurity." TALK - {{{time}}} The clock on this site is so messed up, why bother?
You can't drain something's immortaility, they can't die, you can't reverse that. But I just realized! We're arguing about fake creatures (no immortals on Earth, that we can agree on) and these are characters in a video game. So, it's just like, how could a mouse beat the crap out of a cat with a giant hammer? Everything in it is fake! And yup, I think that it's Kefka thrived for immortaility, and then in the end finally saw that mortaility can not be undone. Then he got his ass whupped because it was him agains, like, twelve.
or maybe he didn't actually succeed in making himself a god per se, but failed and only managed to twist time to make everyone believe he was a god. Therefore, we can all say that he was not an immortal and did not siphon the energy from the statues but maybe he sortof thrived on the statue's emanating power. If he absorbed enough of the energy that was leaking out, it would seem as if they were being siphoned and he would appear to be immortal. but he isn't, end of story. but this is all canon so ya. and we can all agree that at least Jerry is immortal :\
