You know just asking, coz one time, I saw on the DNC page that there is two anonymous votes with the same IP address. I know that this is a free-for-all site (anyone can edit ya know?) but ain't there suppose to have limits? and Are they also allowed to make any nominations in the DNC Nomination Page... ya know, just asking..
I think they're allowed, but certainly not 2 votes per person.

The problem with not signing up to become a member of the Wiki is that multiple people in the same household, using the same computer (and thus the same IP Address (usually)) is that it looks like cheating. I know for a fact that this sometimes happens, as before I signed up back in 2007 my brother and I would use the same IP Address to vote at the DNC (I believe both votes were always deleated. In fact, I can't recall the DNC policies back then.). This is why it's highly recommenend that regular visitors to the Wiki create an account. That should be stated on the DNC page, though.
I'm pretty sure, anon votes in the DNC aren't allowed at all. When I tried to vote before making an account, my vote was always deleted. I tried voting in one of the february battles (right before Samurai/Knight). However, anon nominations are permited. At about the same time, I was the one who suggested the Knight vs. Samurai battle.

IPs are allowed anywhere that isn't protected by the Admins.
On a slightly related note, I've noticed on the DNC that plenty of anons don't sign their votes with their IP address while others do. I assume these unsigned votes are deemed invalid and are subject to deletion just like if we didn't sign our votes..?
Yes, they'll be deleted.
