Oh, shut up and help me remodel the Formouth Garrison page!
Formouth Garrison is an imperial military base in northern Leide in Final Fantasy XV. Visiting it is optional. When the player drives past it in Chapter 8, they can see the base active and the party decides to infiltrate it. The player can find some good spoils here, including a cactuar statue for Talcott Hester and a part for Regalia Type-F.
After the royal vessel is fixed, the party spots activity at the Formouth Garrison, a large "flying fortress" heading there. The party infiltrates the construct in the covert of night, but end up fighting imperial forces including the Brigadier Generals Loqi Tummelt and Caligo Ulldor in their magitek armors. The party is victorious, and the base is left deserted.

The Pen is Mightier than the SwordEdit
This quest for Vyv Dorden becomes available after completing "A Place to Call Home". Vyv wants three photos of imperial bases in Lucis: Formouth Garrison, Tollhends Stronghold in Cleigne (north of Old Lestallum), and Perpetouss Keep in Duscae (southwest of the Cauthess Rest Area). Each picture is part of a subquest that needs to be selected manually in the main menu to activate its waypoint. The player may have to engage imperial troops in each area. Completing the quest yields 4,000 EXP and 20,000 gil.
The player must climb the guard tower at the quest marker to survey the surroundings. The mission starts at night in the cover of darkness. The player should head forwards and slightly to the left to go through the chain link fence. The MTs are dormant. Heading east the party spots the generator. Attacking it summons imperial troops; though fairly weak they keep coming, soon including an MA Veles-Bis.
In Chapter 15, the cactuar figurine will be in the top left corner of the map, on a box behind the white building. The party will comment on it being there. The player can give it to Talcott at Cape Caem.
