Description

Force Field (フォースフィルド, Fōsufirudo?), also known as Forcefield, is a recurring ability in the Final Fantasy series.

AppearancesEdit

Final Fantasy VIEdit

Force Field is a Lore ability. It nullifies all damage done by a random element to all enemies and allies alike, thus potentially making elemental attacks useless. It is learned only from Fiend, and costs 24 MP to cast.

Final Fantasy XIVEdit

Force Field is an ability used by Sephirot when fought in the Containment Bay S1T7 (Extreme). It inflicts the "Force Against Magic" and "Force Against Might" statuses on the party.
