Forbidden Treasure is a combined Special Event in Final Fantasy Record Keeper. In the global release, it ran from September 4, 2015 to September 14, 2015. Similar in structure to both the Festival of Gold and Soul Break Celebration Events as a single unit, this Event offers players the chance to obtain many rare or hard-to-get items and characters in five two-day segments. During each period, the Relic Draw drop rate of Soul Break Equipment will be increased for specific character groups.

Several characters from prior Challenge Events return. New characters exclusive to this event are Mog, Firion, and Edward.

The Forbidden Treasure Event

The Event Dungeon for this period is a one-battle Boss Dungeon with a choice of difficulty levels, similar to a Collector's Event. However, instead of the player having to acquire currency, he is given 10 Tablets to use in each phase, in order that rarer items can be unlocked. The unlocked items are stored in the Item Chest for later collection, provided the player completes the chosen difficulty level.
