Follow-up attack (追撃, Tsuigeki?, lit. Pursuit) is a special effect in Final Fantasy Record Keeper, activated by executing an ability of a specific element, school, or in select cases a critical hit. This effect is part of many EX Modes, but a few are also enabled by Record Materia or Legend Materia.

All follow-up attacks are instant-cast; hit the same target as their preceding ability, or an enemy with the least HP% left; and count toward Chain Soul Break hit counts where applicable, but do not fill the Soul Break gauge. Single-target magic follow-ups do not ignore Reflect, and physical follow-ups have a 100% hit rate.
