Flapbeat is an enemy from Final Fantasy VII fought on the world map in the Gold Saucer Area and in the opening round of the Battle Square during the time Tiny Bronco is available. When fought in the Battle Square its stats are enhanced with double the regular HP and its Attack and Magic Attack are increased by 25%.

Flapbeats' Flying Sickle attack is strong and can deal a lot of damage for their level. With the Restore Materia, they should not be a serious danger. Flapbeats drop T/S Bombs, which cast Demi2. This is highly useful if one missed Laser, as Demi2 will not be learned until much later in the game.
