The Flan Blanco is an enemy in Final Fantasy X-2. It is only slightly tougher than most of the other Flan enemies, but not by much. Fire-elemental attacks are once again the best and quickest way of taking it down. Its Blizzara is nothing to fret about at all.

To enter the Aeon Cup in the Fiend Arena, the player must capture and raise the story levels of eight special creatures. These creatures will immediately be available to be released upon capture, however, what the player has to do is raise their story levels by three and then release them. This will change that particular creature into an aeon. The Flan Blanco is one of these eight creatures, capable of being changed into Shiva.
Etymology
The word Flan refers to an open pastry or sponge cake containing a sweet or savory filling. A typical flan of this sort is round, with shortcrust pastry, usually coated with sweet syrup. It is similar to a custard tart or a South African melktert.
Blanco is Spanish for "white".
