Flan Azul is an enemy in Final Fantasy X-2 that is part of the Flan family. This particular type of flan casts Water magic and is weak against Lightning. Again, it is not a particularly powerful enemy and can be dispatched of relatively quickly with little effort.

Fiend Tale

In the Fiend Tale endings, one notable Flan Azul was created from the spirit of a Guado in the service of Seymour Guado who died two years ago trying to find him. Upon learning that Seymour was Sent, Flan Azul asked to be taken to the Macalania Woods where he first met his master with the intent to leave for the Farplane there. However, after having a dream of Seymour striking him on the head, Flan Azul believes his master is not truly gone as believed and decides to travel Spira a bit longer.

Etymology

Azul is Spanish for "blue", and flan is a type of gelatin-like dessert that is popular in Spanish culture.
