Flamehound is an enemy in Final Fantasy Dimensions. It is encountered in the lightning-themed dungeon, Cave of Fulmination. Despite its flame appearance, its name is a mistranslation, and it has no relation to the fire element. The true Flamehound appears with darker shades of orange, while this enemy is more yellow. Its Japanese name comes from the English "Blast Hound", and its French name is "Molosse éclair" (lit. Lightning Hound).
