Firestorm (熱波の陣, Neppa no Jin?, lit. Heatwave Battle Formation) is a White Magic spell that exclusively appears in Final Fantasy XI.
It is an enhancing spell for Scholars that changes the weather conditions around the target to hot, changing the elemental potency of the target's attacks accordingly. If the Scholar has the Stormsurge Merit trait, this spell will also provide an STR boost.

Etymology[]
A firestorm is a conflagration which attains such intensity that it creates and sustains its own wind system. It is most commonly a natural phenomenon, created during some of the largest bushfires and wildfires.
