FF7 Fire ring

Fire Ring in Final Fantasy VII.

A ring that slightly reduces any fire damage sustained by the wearer. The stone residing in its center evokes the image of a flame ablaze, and it has the ability to weaken the power of fire. However, it cannot completely protect the wearer from fire attacks, nor absorb their energy. It can only slightly moderate the amount of fire damage received when equipped, which offers some sense of relief against powerful enemy attack.

Fire Ring (炎の指輪 or ほのおのゆびわ, Honō no Yubiwa?, lit. Flame Ring), also known as Flame Ring, Red Ring, Crimson Bangle, and NulBlaze Ring, is a recurring accessory in the Final Fantasy series. It most commonly absorbs Fire-elemental damage, but sometimes also reduces or nullifies the damage instead.
