One-handed Thaumaturge's Arms from Final Fantasy XIV. Composed of a variety of small scepters and cudgels, they are used by 
Thaumaturges and 
Black Mages. They allow the use of 
Shields in the off-hand. Unfortunately, one-handed thaumaturge's arms are exclusive to A Realm Reborn content, and cannot be found past level 50.
