  • Guildmaster Geva appears to be upset. Though it would probably be wiser not to, perhaps you should see what is troubling her.
  • It would seem that an Ul'dahn merchant named Aymar has set about defaming the guild. He claims that the toad leather he purchased is of inferior quality. Geva intends to resolve the matter with a display of authentic craftsmanship, and bids you craft and present to her a circle of high-quality toad leather.
  • Your toad leather passes Geva's rigorous inspection. Present it to Aymar at the Carline Canopy, so that he may compare his purchase with an item of confirmed Fen-Yll provenance.
  • After gazing upon your magnificently crafted toad leather, Aymar realizes that the goods he purchased were not produced by the Leatherworkers' Guild. Return to Geva and reassure her that the guild's good name is not in danger.
  • Geva is delighted by the surpassing quality of your work─though it sounds as if she was even more delighted by the groveling apology of the Ul'dahn merchant. She is, however, deeply resentful of the unknown “Angrbotha” upstarts who she believes mean to exploit the guild's reputation. You cannot help but shiver when she adds that she would like very much to meet the leatherworker responsible for the whole affair... ※The next leatherworker quest will be available from Geva upon reaching level 30.

Objectives

  • Present the toad leather  to Aymar.

  • Guildmaster Geva has a special request for an experienced leatherworker.
  • Displaying what could be misconstrued as guilt, Geva asks you to speak with a client whom she had forcibly removed from the guild prior to your arrival. Search Old Gridania for the poor fellow and obtain more information about his request.
  • It would seem Camillain, the client, purchased an Angrbotha-brand toadskin jacket to commemorate his son's acceptance into the Wood Wailers─only to discover that the garment was far from functional. In desperation, the hapless fellow turned to the Leatherworkers' Guild and begged them to complete his commission before his son's enlistment ceremony. Sadly, however, he found the guildmaster less than eager to listen to his tale. Speak with Geva and see what she has to say.
  • Moved by Camillain's story─and not at all by guilt─Geva bids you to create a high-quality toadskin jacket for the devoted father. Craft the item to the best of your ability and present it to Geva for inspection.
  • Geva judges your toadskin jacket a fitting gift for the young Wailer-to-be. Deliver the jacket to Camillain.
  • Camillain is overwhelmed by your gesture, praising your craftsmanship and declaring it the finest toadskin jacket he has ever seen. Return to Geva and inform her that the client is satisfied.
  • While pleased with your success, Geva is frustrated to hear that Angrbotha is continuing to prey upon customers' ignorance. She confides that she hopes the allure of greater notoriety will encourage them to participate in the forthcoming Gridanian exhibition, where they may be exposed and shamed as frauds. ※The next leatherworker quest will be available from Geva upon reaching level 35.

  • Geva lavishes uncharacteristic praise upon your craftsmanship, and expresses a desire to delegate work to you while she devotes herself to preparing for the upcoming exhibition. • A recent order has Guildmaster Geva flustered.
  • A client has requested that his commission be filled by the guildmaster herself. Disinclined to indulge this request, Guildmaster Geva has instead delegated the task to you. Craft a pair of boarskin smithy's gloves to the best of your ability and present it to Geva for inspection.
  • Guildmaster Geva assures you that her client will be unable to distinguish the gloves you have crafted from ones of her own making. Take her at her word and deliver the gloves to the blacksmith waiting outside Fen-Yll Fineries.
  • The blacksmith praises your craftsmanship, proclaiming the gloves you fashioned are the finest he has ever owned. Report your success to Geva at the Leatherworkers' Guild.
  • The patterns which bear Geva's name were developed years ago in response to a rash of counterfeiting. Realizing that she could not prevent others from copying her creations, Geva swore a vow that the next line of Geva toadskin bags would be made with an eye towards economy, and that the patterns used would enable inexperienced leatherworkers to reproduce her designs with minimal waste. However, as an artisan worthy the Fen-Yll name, you do not need to rely upon her patterns. Filled with pride in seeing you uphold the guild's high standards, she encourages you to continue your efforts. ※The next leatherworker quest will be available from Geva upon reaching level 45.

  • Geva is running about the guild like a half-crazed chocobo, and looks like she could use a helping hand.
  • The guildmaster has a crisis on her hands, as three leatherworkers have abruptly left their posts without completing their commissions. You are to take up the slack by crafting three raptorskin pieces of the highest quality─a pair of fingerless gloves, a targe, and a choker─and presenting them to Geva.
  • Your raptorskin creations have passed Geva's strict inspection. Deliver the fingerless gloves to Pimoh Nelhah at Nophica's Altar, the targe to Leuric at the Carline Canopy, and the choker to Nhago Jawantal at the Shaded Bower.
  • To varying degrees, all three clients were satisfied with the quality of the goods you furnished. Geva at the Leatherworkers' Guild will want to hear of your success.
  • While pleased with your efforts, these recent troubles have convinced Geva to forgo this year's exhibition in favor of devoting the guild's limited resources to filling the commissions of its valued clients. ※The next leatherworker quest will be available from Geva upon reaching level 50.

  • Geva appears to be very, very happy to see you.
  • Geva's decision to withdraw from the exhibition has done little for her nerves, as what little free time she gained has been spent filling commissions for customers. Unable to deliver her wares herself, she has entrusted you with a choker ordered by a client, who is currently waiting at the Whistling Miller.
  • The customer to whom you delivered the choker turned out to be none other than Dauid, owner of Angrbotha Apparel and Accoutrements, the organization responsible for many of the guild's recent troubles. Not content to disparage Geva and her work, the charlatan also has the audacity to offer you employment. Return to the Leatherworkers' Guild and inform Geva of this troubling development.
  • Incensed by Dauid's words, Geva bids you represent the Leatherworkers' Guild at the upcoming exhibition. Fashion a raptorskin jerkin enhanced with a gatherer's grasp materia of the third grade, then submit your work to Estaine at Mih Khetto's Amphitheatre.
  • You complete your jerkin and submit it just in time for the exhibition to begin. Though the judges are initially swayed by Angrbotha's rugged yet serviceable craftsmanship, your late entry quickly earns the accolades of all present, and ultimately the award for best in show. A stunned Dauid is then forced to accompany two Wailers, as his questionable business practices have at last come to light. Return to the Leatherworkers' Guild and report to Geva.
  • Your triumph at the exhibition leads Geva to declare your apprenticeship is over, and that you are now a full-fledged artisan of the Leatherworkers' Guild. As her hands will be full retraining those who have returned to the guild from Angrbotha, Geva will most assuredly be counting on your aid again. Continue to hone your skills so as not to disappoint her. ※The next leatherworker quest will be available from Geva once you have met the following requirements: ※ You must have registered a product key for FINAL FANTASY XIV: Heavensward to your service account. ※ You must have completed the main scenario quest “Before the Dawn.”

  • Deliver Geva's choker to the client.
  • Speak with Geva.

  • Despite your best efforts, your caligae and choker are not quite up to Fen-Yll standards. Geva must make additional adjustments, which means the delivery will be delayed. Geva asks that you /kneel in apology before the customer, a gentleman by the name of Sosobati, who awaits in the reception area.

  • Guildmaster Geva has a difficult task for you.
  • In order to gauge your aptitude for materia melding, Geva instructs you to prepare a pair of materia-enhanced goatskin leggings. Though the aldgoat leather and cotton cloth you require are common in Thanalan, you need not travel to the sultanate to procure them. However, such a trip may be warranted if you know nothing of materia, as a goblin scholar living in central Thanalan is said to be an authority on the subject. Prepare the requested item and deliver it to the guildmaster.
  • Your work elicits no complaints from the guildmaster this time. However, she still doubts your understanding of the leatherworker's craft, and demands that you redouble your efforts to hone your skills. She also mentions that, were you to improve beyond all recognition, you might be eligible to contribute some work to the annual exhibition─though such lofty goals are yet far off. ※The next leatherworker quest will be available from Geva upon reaching level 25.

  • Geva has a task that demands your attention.
  • Geva has received a rare request from Ishgard for a sample of Fen-Yll's finest work. The guildmaster needs you to take it to a merchant named Elde. However, she also wishes you to turn Elde down in no uncertain terms should she wish to make a substantial order. The toll of large-scale trade with Ishgard would simply be too costly for the life in the Black Shroud. Make your way to the Jeweled Crozier, and speak with the merchant.
  • You meet with Elde, and deliver Geva's message. Nevertheless, the merchant sees a new opportunity in you, Geva's disciple. As her shop is newly opened, she asks that you serve as an advisor, and consult with her about leatherwork. Your first task, so to speak, is speaking with the shopkeeps along the Jeweled Crozier, for something is not right in the markets of Ishgard.
  • After speaking to a number of merchants, you are left with the impression that the Jeweled Crozier has goods for either the very rich, or the very poor─but nothing in between. Return to Elde, and report your findings.
  • Elde confirms your assessment of the Jeweled Crozier, and lays before you her mission. She means to provide high-quality products to everyone at reasonable prices, regardless of their station. She bids you to join her crusade if it speaks to you. ※The next leatherworker quest will be available from Elde upon reaching level 53.

  • Elde is wearing a slightly apologetic look.
  • Though you have gone to speak with Elde about joining her store as an advisor, the first thing she asks you to do is deliver a donation of coin to a nearby merchant. While you are unsure as to why this falls to you, make your way up the Jeweled Crozier to Mistress Elaisse regardless.
  • Elaisse accepts the donation, noting that these are funds to support the fledgling Ishgardian Mercantile Guild. As way of thanks, she bids you tell Elde to beware of Gerhardt. Return now with this ominous message.
  • Elde appreciates Elaisse's concern, but she disregards the warning. Now, she finally asks for your help with her plan. Since the climate changes in Coerthas, it appears that warm footwear is in great demand amongst Ishgard's commoners. Ortefauchel, who seems quite taken with Elde's shop, seconds this opinion. Subsequently, Elde asks that you fashion a pair of high-quality wyvernskin workboots─not to sell, but rather to use as a pattern for her own craftsmen.
  • Elde is pleased with your boots, as is Ortefauchel, who orders a pair immediately. A passing fellow also takes a fancy to the footwear, going so far as to dub you a “Gridanian master.” Much encouraged, Elde prepares to put her plan into motion. ※The next leatherworker quest will be available from Elde upon reaching level 55.

  • Though her shop seems to be bustling, Elde looks concerned.
  • Elde has garnered much attention for her shop with the wyvernskin workboots based on your design, but unfortunately cannot seem to find the leather to produce them in quantity. However, Ortefauchel overheard Gerhardt speaking of wyvern skin, and Elde asks you to visit the aging merchant to find out what he is up to.
  • Gerhardt says, with no small glee, that he has purchased every last scrap of wyvern skin in Ishgard. Moreover, he has forbidden every supplier from selling to Elde. Bear these ill tidings to her.
  • Elde receives the news with some shock, but stands strong and vows to simply move on to her next product─fashionable, functional leggings. Such footwear is rare in the Holy See, and she believes it will sell very well. She bids you fashion high-quality dhalmelskin leggings of scouting to become another template for her own craftsmen.
  • Greatly pleased with your dhalmelskin leggings, Elde immediately sets her own craftsmen to work fashioning a like design. With these in hand, she then lays out her plans for once again garnering attention, and beating Gerhardt─enlisting Aubrenard to speak to the footwear's finer points. Make your way to the Forgotten Knight, and see if you cannot sway the bard with the complimentary pair of boots.
  • Aubrenard is quite taken with the boots, and agrees to act as your spokesman. Strumming his lyre, he draws a great crowd and gives a speech about the quality and designer of his new footwear that would put a salesman to shame. His fans go wild, and, with a cocksure smile upon his lips, the bard bids you tell Elde she will not want for customers.
  • Elde is heartened by the news, and goes on to tell you her vision: an Ishgard wherein even the lowborn are given the chance to dress as well as the lords and ladies. However, she cannot see her vision become reality without working long and hard, and asks that you continue to aid in her enterprise. ※The next leatherworker quest will be available from Elde upon reaching level 58.

  • Craft a pair of dhalmelskin leggings of scouting .

  • Elde's business is booming.
  • Elde once again passes you the menial task of delivering her contribution to the Mercantile Guild to Elaisse. However, she also asks that you broach the subject of a letter of introduction to the nobility, to sell a new line of luxury goods. Once again make your way up the Jeweled Crozier, and deliver the pouch to the fledgling guild's leader.
  • Jingling pouch in hand, Elaisse thanks you profusely for the business you and Elde have brought to the Crozier. When asked for an introduction, however, the merchant instead directs you to Gerhardt. Speak with your main competitor further up the street.
  • Much to your surprise, Gerhardt now wishes to hitch himself to Elde's rising star. He will happily give you an introduction to the nobles he knows─but only for a price. It just so happens that the elderly merchant is quite the devotee of Aubrenard, and thus is pining for an original ode by the bard. Return to Elde with these startling tidings.
  • Elde believes Gerhardt's change of heart is an opportunity to turn a bitter rival into a staunch ally. And, in a stroke of luck, she has yet to give Aubrenard his payment for his prior services. Thus, she bids you take a coin-stuffed pouch to the bard in the Brume, and there ask for him to pen an ode for Gerhardt.
  • You find Aubrenard playing to his smallest fans. However, he is confused when you hand him the coin-stuffed pouch, for he had already received payment. He soon realizes that Elde is in fact giving him a donation for the poor of the Brume, and, touched by her kindness, agrees to write the poem for Gerhardt. Return to Elde with the resulting work, The Merchant of Ishgard.
  • Elde accepts the poem, and says she will take it to Gerhardt herself. However, she has yet another request to make of you─a sample of your finest leatherwork, to impress the noble that Gerhardt introduces. As such, Elde asks you to fashion a high-quality dragonskin choker.
  • Elde is once again very complimentary of your work. Gerhardt arrives, and pledges both his support and storehouses for her enterprise. With two such generous benefactors, Elde vows to continue expanding her business. ※The next leatherworker quest will be available from Elde upon reaching level 60.

  • Elde's eyes are shining with ambition. In order to complete this quest, you must have learned the advanced recipes contained within Master Leatherworker III.
  • Elde has her sights set upon a great commission─leather armor for the Temple Knights. You learn that Ortefauchel is in fact a member of the order, and has himself petitioned for lighter, more flexible armor. However, the tradition of using plate mail is deeply rooted, and no one man can overcome it. Unsure of how to proceed, Elde bids you return to the Leatherworkers' Guild with a letter, and pick Geva's brain over how to sell her idea.
  • Geva's general feeling about your current conundrum is that you ought to know how to market leather armor by this point. Nevertheless, she tells you the tale of one Ciceroix Pondefout. This Ishgardian craftsman worked with the guildmaster several generations back to create the leather-hardening process still used in Wood Wailer and Gods' Quiver armor. Armed with this hopefully useful story, return to Elde along the Jeweled Crozier.
  • You find Elde about to discuss raising the issue of leather armor with the Temple Knights. When your turn comes to chime in, you mention Ciceroix Pondefout, and learn this was none other than Elde's grandfather. The artisan had once tried to sell leather armor to the order, but failed and left for Gridania. Elde remembers that she has one old design of his─a chivalric battledress of aiming─and asks that you fashion this hardy armor now. In order to complete this quest, you must have learned the advanced recipes contained within Master Leatherworker III.
  • As always, your work is met with rave reviews. With this armor, Elde says, she cannot fail to see her grandfather's dreams realized. Go to the Lightfeather Proving Grounds, and speak with Ser Ortefauchel.
  • Ser Handeloup himself comes to evaluate the leather armor. After watching Ser Ortefauchel dodge a beast's attack and survive one savage blow, he gladly vows to buy more of the same for the Temple Knights. Elde is overjoyed to hear the news, both for herself and for her grandfather, and summons you back to her shop for one last meeting.
  • Elde offers her heartfelt thanks to you again, and promises that she will continue expanding her business. However, she will never forget the leatherworker who so selflessly aided her, and thus promises to name her brand after you as a new standard by which to measure excellence. ※The next leatherworker quest will be available from Geva once you have met the following requirements: ※ You must have registered a product key for FINAL FANTASY XIV: Stormblood to your service account. ※ You must have completed the main scenario quest “The Far Edge of Fate.”

  • Guildmaster Geva is surprised yet glad for your unexpected visit.
  • Guildmaster Geva has received an unusual request which requires skills far beyond the undistinguished leatherworkers currently in her employ. Certain you would not balk from a challenge, she asks that you make for the Shaded Bower and speak with one Miss Atelloune.
  • Atelloune, world-renowned naturalist and co-author of New Eorzean Geographic, has put aside work on her publication to fashion mounted animals to preserve endangered species, and has given you the privilege of being her seventy-second assistant. Your first task is to introduce yourself to her seventy-first assistant, Enion, who is waiting for you at Carline Canopy.
  • Enion seems both excited and oddly relieved to see you. As he tells it, he took to working on mounted animals as a hobby, but soon found himself in service to Atelloune who greatly overestimates his abilities. He is hopeful your leatherworking prowess will make up for his ineptitude for working animal hides. Aware of the hour, he bolts off back to the Shaded Bower, lest he incur Atelloune's anger. It may be in your best interest to follow his example.
  • You arrive back at the Shaded Bower in a timely manner, though Atelloune would argue to the contrary. More importantly, she is satisfied to have at last found two artisans to complement one another for the task at hand─one inexperienced in working leather, the other untrained in preparing animal mounts. Ready your awl, for there will be much to do once preparations are complete. ※The next leatherworker quest will be available from Atelloune upon reaching level 63.

  • Atelloune is ready to put her new assistant to work.
  • The venue for displaying mounts has been set, and Atelloune has decided on your first specimen─the rare and elusive Hengr dhalmel. The only problem, however, is procuring one while keeping its coat in pristine condition. Your suggestion to speak with the Vanu Vanu catches Atelloune by surprise, but she is swift to seize the opportunity. Without a moment's notice, she is off to the Sea of Clouds with Enion in tow.
  • You find Atelloune waiting anxiously for your arrival, her haste made clear by Enion's look of exhaustion from travel. She insists on speaking with the village elder in the hopes of expediting her request.
  • In light of all the good you have done for his people, Sonu Vanu is only too happy to grant your request. It is not long after the Vanu hunters set off, though, that Enion speaks up to make a confession: he has never actually seen the dhalmels Atelloune would have him mount. No sooner does he utter the words than Atelloune orders you to escort him out into the wilds to survey these gentle giants.
  • From the heads atop their long, elegant necks down to their hooves, Enion is able to observe the dhalmels in all their splendor. Atelloune will be happy to learn that he has committed their image to memory.
  • The Vanu Vanu hunters have brought you a perfect specimen, and Atelloune has already hired an airship to retrieve it. Sadly, there is not enough room for the three of you and the dhalmel aboard. She asks that you use the nearby aetheryte to teleport back to Gridania, where she and Enion will be waiting for you.
  • The dhalmel has been skinned and Enion is hard at work preparing a mannequin in its likeness. As Atelloune hands you the skin, she reminds you that nothing less than perfection will do for this mount. When next you speak to her, she expects you to have a dhalmel cape of the highest quality in hand.
  • Enion's eyes grow wide with excitement at the sight of the dhalmel cape you prepared. With a show of skill seemingly beyond his years, he fashions a mount so lifelike one might expect it to take leave of its pedestal. Atelloune is quite pleased with your teamwork, but this mount is only the beginning. Before setting to work on your next mount, however, she would see what interest this display might garner from the good people of Gridania. In the meantime, she bids you rest, and reflect on what you have learned. ※The next leatherworker quest will be available from Atelloune upon reaching level 65.

  • That glimmer in Atelloune's eyes most likely means she has a task for you.
  • Atelloune is quite pleased with reactions to the dhalmel mount you and Enion constructed. The lack of inquiries regarding its distinct characteristics, however, has left her puzzled. Yet there is no time for quandaries, for she has decided on your next specimen─the ferocious grizzly bear of Gyr Abania. They are indigenous to East End, and she insists you speak with the soldiers of Castrum Oriens to better locate their den.
  • You arrive to find Enion is eager to get started. He suggests splitting up to gather information on grizzly bears, and immediately dashes off in search of soldiers to interrogate.
  • You speak with a Gridanian soldier who suggests you search near Bittermill. With this information in hand, you look for Enion to see if he has learned anything of your quarry.
  • No sooner do you mention Bittermill than Enion rushes off in search of a grizzly bear. You hurry after him to assist in the hunt.
  • Enion is exhausted having narrowly escaped creatures that now call Bittermill their home. While he was fleeing, however, he tells you he spotted a grizzly bear near the river. Now eager to find a specimen fit for mounting, he rushes off once more into the woods.
  • You find Enion near the riverbank, a deceased grizzly bear at his feet. Its pelt is a ruin of cuts and grazes. Considering the scarcity of this woodland creature, Enion resigns to skinning it in the hopes of finding some use for its skin. You hope Atelloune will not be upset over its poor condition.
  • Though saddened by the state of the bear's pelt, Atelloune does not fault you for doing what you could to salvage it. She is convinced there is nothing to be done, but you insist that the pelt should not be wasted. She then entrusts it to you, and suggests making a simple pair of gloves. ※In the event you lose the ingredients or the synthesis ends in failure, you may try again by speaking with Atelloune.
  • Enion tries on the bearskin gloves and is thrilled to find they are a perfect fit. Though the skin could not be salvaged to make a mount, Atelloune is thankful some good has come from the bear's sacrifice. She bids you rest and prepare as she considers another suitable subject for mounting. ※The next leatherworker quest will be available from Atelloune upon reaching level 68.

  • You notice that oh-so-familiar glimmer is back in Atelloune's eyes today.
  • Atelloune is contemplating her next course of action as the dhalmel mount has been well received. Or so she thinks. Drawn by the crowds around the Leatherworkers' Guild, Marmaduke, a Hearer from the Conjurers' Guild, has taken notice and is repulsed by what he sees. He claims it to be an affront to the elementals and demands it be taken down.
  • Atelloune is not one to deny the word of the Hearers, but she believes there may yet be a way to persuade Marmaduke, and ultimately the elementals, to allow her work to continue. Certain they have dealt with and overcome similar opposition in the past, Atelloune asks you to seek counsel from Geva of the Leatherworkers' Guild.
  • Geva explains that the Leatherworkers' Guild had to overcome its deplorable reputation by showing the practical applications of its wares, and the same must be done for your animal mounts. No sooner does she utter the words than she is struck with an idea. While she tends to other preparations for her plan, she asks you to fashion a jacket out of dhalmel leather. Everything you need should be with Randall at the front desk.
  • With leather in hand you set to work and create a jacket with all the primp and polish one expects of a master leatherworker. Hopefully Geva will agree.
  • Geva is pleased to see your awl has not dulled since setting off for business ventures in Ishgard. Enion arrives with fortuitous timing to relay a message from Atelloune, but soon finds himself sporting your latest creation. Satisfied with the fit, Geva goes on to elucidate her plan: she means to hold an exhibition of leatherworker wares using the jacket together with the dhalmel mount. The venue has already been set. All that remains is to assemble any mounts Atelloune would have on display.
  • As everything was falling into place, it seems Marmaduke has taken it upon himself to relieve you of the dhalmel mount. With that said, Atelloune has every intention of committing to Geva's plan. The only question, then, is how will she reclaim the centerpiece of the exhibition? ※The next leatherworker quest will be available from Atelloune upon reaching level 70.

  • Speak with Geva.

  • Atelloune is not yet ready to abandon her work.
  • Despite her many connections as an established naturalist in Gridania, Atelloune could not find hide nor hair of the dhalmel mount. She has prepared for this undesirable outcome, however, by selecting another specimen for mounting─the majestic three-feathered gagana. To that end, she bids you and Enion make for Gyr Abania to locate this gargantuan bird of prey.
  • Enion has only ill-tidings to share when you arrive at Castrum Oriens. It would seem the three-feathered gagana has not been sighted in the Fringes in quite some time. Some believe it may already be extinct. Just as all hope seemed to be lost, Enion has a stroke of genius. He suggests using the pelt of the more common variety of gagana to reproduce the visage of the three-feathered one. Before returning to Gridania, however, he insists on observing them briefly to ensure his mannequin properly conveys their likeness.
  • Captivated by their form and beauty, Enion asks you wait for him a while longer. He then takes his leave to continue observing the gaganas.
  • Enion is at last ready to return home, but not before confessing to you his uncertainty in creating a new mount. Your words of encouragement quickly replace his doubt with a newfound resolve to improve his skills as a taxidermist. In his excitement, he runs off to tell Atelloune of your plans for the gagana mount.
  • You return to find Atelloune has been apprised of the situation and has ordered a gagana pelt from the Leatherworkers' Guild. As she hands it to you, she reminds you of the importance of this mount. It is likely to be your final task as her assistant, and she insists this mount be the pinnacle of perfection. You roll up your sleeves and set to work on your masterwork to dress Enion's mannequin.
  • The people of Gridania have gathered at Mih Amphitheatre, all eyes fixed on the dhalmel jacket and gagana mount at center stage. It is not long before Atelloune's intended audience, Marmaduke, makes his presence known. He demands the exhibition be suspended forthwith, but Atelloune chooses to ignore his order. She instead goes on to explain how changes in the environment have endangered myriad animal species, and how people should make a better effort to protect them. Touched by her words, Marmaduke bids her continue, and teach the people of Gridania the value of the lives they would otherwise take for granted. The exhibition ends a resounding success, Atelloune completing her work with animal mounts, and Enion finding himself the newest recruit of the Leatherworkers' Guild. Atelloune means to spread learning and enlightenment to all corners of the realm, and she hopes the two of you might cross paths again someday.
