Final Fantasy X/X-2 Ultimate Box is a three-case boxset of the Ultimate Hits versions of Final Fantasy X and Final Fantasy X-2, and Final Fantasy X: Eternal Calm, released on the PlayStation 2 in Japan.
The "Ultimate Hits" Square Enix budget brand was launched on September 8, 2005 with the Ultimate Box, and the two games were also released separately on the game.[1] The Ultimate Hits versions of the games are based on the original Japanese versions of the game and not on their International versions (though both were later re-released as Ultimate Hits titles[2]). Eternal Calm has been released prior with Final Fantasy X International, however it was a feature on the bonus disc and was not individually packaged.
